Terms and Conditions for 1,000-Yen Voucher 1. This Voucher is only valid at the designated merchants participated in UnionPay Summer Campaign in Japan. 2. Cardholders are entitled to use ONE voucher upon single spending of 10,000-Yen or above (include taxes), and the balance should be paid with Bank of Communications UnionPay Card via UnionPay network. 3. Only ONE voucher can be used for each eligible transaction. Split transactions will not be accepted. Cardholders transaction from the same merchant cannot be split into multiple transactions to participate in the promotion. 4. This voucher can be used in conjunction with other promotions in merchants. 5. This voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash under any conditions. No change will be given for any balance of the voucher not spent. 6. Please state your intention to use this voucher at the time of payment. 7. Cardholders are entitled to participate in gift redemption upon spending a specified amount with Bank of Communications UnionPay Card via UnionPay network at designated merchants in Xi Meng Ding and eslite living. 2. Each cardholder is entitled to redeem ONE gift from Xi Meng Ding and eslite living respectively per day for each Bank of Communications UnionPay Card. Each merchant sales invoice and sales slip can be used for redemption once only and cannot be re-used in this promotion. 3. Under the promotion in Xi Meng Ding, if the merchant sales invoice or sales slip is used for redemption of gift under spending NTD3,000 or above, it cannot be reused for redemption of gift under spending NTD5,000 or above, vice versa. 4. Gifts are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.

5 Terms and Conditions of Privileges in ION Orchard 1. Cardholders are entitled to a complimentary gift upon spending a specified amount with Bank of Communications UnionPay Card via UnionPay network at ION Orchard. 2. Cardholders are entitled to redeem a complimentary gift from kate spade new york by presenting a maximum of 3 same-day merchant sales invoices together with the corresponding sales slips upon spending of S$2,688 or above at ION Orchard. 3. Eligible amount is calculated based on the actual spending amount (the net payment amount after deduction of any discount, privileged coupons or cash coupons). 4. Cardholders can redeem a gift voucher in person at UnionPay counter located on the 1st Floor before 10pm within the day of transaction. Cardholders must present passport, the original merchant sales invoice(s), corresponding sales slip(s) together with the Bank of Communications UnionPay Card bearing the same card number as shown on the sales slip(s). 5. Cardholders can use the gift voucher to redeem a complimentary gift from kate spade new york (Location: #03-27 in ION Orchard, Opening Hours: 10:30am 9:30pm). The gift voucher is valid within 1 month upon issuance. 6. Each cardholder is entitled to redeem ONE gift once per transaction date.
