(Headquarter: Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo; Mr. Marco Reverdito, Representative Director, President and CEO; hereafter Citi Cards Japan ) and All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. (Headquarter: Minato Ward, Tokyo; Mr. Shinichiro Ito, President and CEO; hereafter ANA ) today announced that two new credit cards, the ANA Diners Premium Card and ANA Diners Super Flyers Premium Card, will be launched on February 15, Citi Cards Japan is the sole issuer of Diners Club cards in Japan, and has been issuing the ANA Diners Card, the first co-branded card with ANA, since Citi Cards Japan aims to gain 10,000 members for the two cards combined over the initial three years. Both cards will entitle card holders to receive Premium Card services, which is the highest level in the Diners Club suite. The Diners Club Premium Card was launched in 2002 by Citi Cards Japan, and was one of the first credit cards to offer premium services to its members in Japan. It is characterized by high-quality services such as: a dedicated concierge service available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year to help find and make restaurant reservations, gift consultation, and answer to the various needs of card members; a Premium Travel Desk to help members make ticket reservations and the planning of activities on their trip. In addition, members will be able participate in special events, enjoy a preferential point program and travel services including coat check-in at the airport and baggage courier services, as well as benefit from preferential dining services and a more extensive insurance program compared to the regular Diners Club member. These services will be provided in addition to the enhanced services offered by ANA, answering to the needs of card holders who prefer higher quality services in both their private and business environment. The new cards are designed for easier mileage accumulation, reflecting the wishes of customers. In particular, the shopping mileage conversion rate is among the highest level in the industry. Card holders will be eligible to use Priority Pass as an additional service to access lounges at approximately 600 airports around the globe, as well as Diners Club airport lounges located in 450 airports worldwide, utilizing the extensive Diners Club service network, and ANA airport lounges.
