Rewards programs: Citibank Rewards and Citibank Qantas Rewards are two separate programs. Unless you choose the Citibank Qantas Rewards program (for an annual fee of $49), you will be automatically enrolled in the Citibank Rewards Program. Under the Citibank Rewards program you will earn two rewards points for every dollar spent. Citibank Rewards Points are subject to the Citibank Reward Terms and Conditions. Under the Citibank Qantas Rewards Program you will earn one Qantas Frequent Flyer point per dollar of eligible spend. Once Qantas Frequent Flyer points have been transferred to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, they cannot be reversed. Qantas Frequent Flyer points are earned in accordance with the Citibank Qantas Rewards Program Terms and Conditions and you must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program in order to earn or redeem Qantas Frequent Flyer points. A joining fee applies. Qantas Frequent Flyer points and membership are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. All rewards are subjected to the Terms and Conditions of the Citibank Rewards Program. Cash advances do not earn Reward points. Different Rewards points earn rates apply to cardholders who enrol in airline frequent flyer direct earn rewards programs. Qantas Frequent Flyer points are earned in accordance with the Citibank Qantas Rewards Program Terms and Conditions and you must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program in order to earn or redeem Qantas Frequent Flyer points. Complimentary Hotel Stay (Free One Night s Stay at a range of Hotels) a. The Complimentary Hotel Stay Benefits available to Citi Prestige cardholders ( you ) once (per account) in every calendar year. b. In order to receive the Complimentary Hotel Stay Benefit you must maintain your account in good standing, including (without limitation) by paying at least the minimum due on the most recent card statement by the due date. c. The Complimentary Hotel Stay must be booked via Citibank s nominated travel service provider on during the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. You authorise Citibank to provide your information to process and/or fulfil an upgrade request. Standard booking fees apply. e. Complimentary Hotel Stay Benefit availability may be limited and rooms may not be available on the dates that you wish to stay. Blackout dates may apply and rooms may be particularly limited during public and school holidays or special events. f. Citibank shall have no responsibility for any failure or deficiency on the part of any hotel operator or other service providers including (without limitation) in connection with any accident, loss or damage to property or injury to persons.

2 g. Amendments to bookings are subject to availability, hotel operator policies and amendment fees apply. Cancellation of bookings may also incur fees, and are subject to the hotel's standard policies and terms. h. Hotel stays, check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel s standard policies and terms. i. Citibank reserves the right to withdraw or change the Complimentary Hotel Stay Benefit subject to applicable laws and provided that Citibank will give you: i. 90 days notice of the withdrawal of the Complimentary Hotel Stay Benefit; and ii. 30 days notice of all other changes unless the change does not cause any detriment to you. 3. Complimentary Insurance and Guaranteed Pricing Scheme: Are provided automatically to cardholders under a master agreement between Zurich Australian Insurance Limited ABN , AFSL No and Citigroup Pty Limited, and are subject to Terms and Conditions and exclusions available at An excess applies to Purchase Cover Insurance. Citi Prestige Cardholders are entitled to access a range of Visa Infinite privileges. These include hotel and travel discounts and privileges, golf course green fees, complimentary limousine transfers, shopping and dining benefits. These benefits are provided by Visa and may change from time to time as determined by Visa. Citibank is not responsible for the provision of such benefits. Cancellation and Charges n. Ticket issuance fee per ticket for main cardholder will be borne by Visa. o. Itinerary change and refund are subjected to the terms and conditions of the refund, cancellation & itinerary change policies of the airlines. p. Tickets are non-transferable or endorsable. q. Offer is only applicable to airfares and does not include taxes, surcharges or any other fees.

3 r. Travel must originate in and return to the same country where the Citi Prestige Visa card is issued from. For the avoidance of doubt, as an example: if the Citi Prestige Visa card is issued from Sydney, travel must depart from Sydney and return to Sydney. s. Privileges are not valid for use in conjunction with other airline promotions, discounts or offers. B. Asia Jets 10% off the standard live hourly rate. Complimentary limousine transfers to and from departing airport and destination. a. Offer is valid from now until 31 December b. AsiaJet will provide the benefits to Citi Prestige Visa cardholders during the Program Period. c. 10% off the standard live hourly rate (excluding the ferry/positioning hourly rate) for the Gulfstream G-200 and G-300 within the Asia Jet fleet. Complimentary limousine transfers to and from between departing airport and single designated location (one 7 seater limousine will be provided for each transfer; limited to Asia Pacific Region). Payment Terms d. All relevant payments must be made with a Citi Prestige Visa card. e. 25% of the charter fee will be payable when the booking of the charter service is confirmed; the balance of the charter fee will be payable no later than 5 business days prior to the departure date; delay in payment may result in delay in departure or, at the sole discretion of Asia Jet, the cancellation of the booking without notice and the deposit being forfeited. f. If the booking of the charter service is made within 5 business days prior to the departure date, the charter fee will be payable in full at the time of booking. Cancellation and Charges g. Charter flights are subjected to taxes/fees/fuel surcharges and must be charged to a Citi Prestige Visa card. h. Cancellation charges (based on a percentage of the full charter fee that would otherwise have been payable) are as follows: - Over 14 days notice 10% - 7 to 14 days notice 20% - 3 to 6 days notice 50% - 24 to 48 hours notice 75% - Less than 24 hours notice 100% i. Privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, participation, discounts or offers. C. Stay a minimum of 4 consecutive nights at participating hotels and enjoy one complimentary night at participating 900 hotels. a. All travel must be completed by December 2015 b. Offer is valid at over 900 participating properties. c. Offer is valid for Citi Prestige Visa main cardholders only. d. Offer is only valid with a minimum of 4 paid nights stay. e. Free night must be utilized during the same stay as the purchased nights. f. There are no credits for any unused free nights if the guest checks out early. g. Cancellation and amendment fees apply depending on the policies by respective participating hotels. h. Rates are per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy and availability at time of reservation and do not include additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed or state/local taxes.

4 i. Citi Prestige Visa cardholder may redeem one (1) free night for 1 room per booking per main cardholder. j. To redeem the complimentary night s stay benefit, Citi Prestige Visa cardholders must be one of the staying guests. k. Complimentary nights stay is only valid for booking at hotels where the hotel is not located in the country where the card is issued. l. are subject to room availability at the time that the reservation is made and blackout dates apply. Citi Prestige Visa cardholder preferred dates cannot be guaranteed. m. To redeem the complimentary night s stay benefit, Citi Prestige Visa cardholders will need to make a prior reservation via Citi Prestige Concierge. Walk-in guest(s) without prior reservations will not be granted the complimentary night s stay benefit. n. For advance purchase of room nights, Citi Prestige Visa card will be charged at time of booking. o. The hotel voucher is only issued after the Citi Prestige Visa card is verified and room charges are charged to the Citi Prestige Visa card. p. The hotel voucher and Citi Prestige Visa card must be presented upon check-in at the hotel, together with a valid photo ID. q. *For payment at hotels, the room rates will be based on Best Available Rate Cancellation and Charges r. Complimentary one night s stay is based on accommodation for a maximum occupancy per room type and is exclusive of all applicable tax and service charges for such accommodation. The membership is subject to the Priority Pass Conditions of Use available at Once you have activated your Citi Prestige card please allow up to 15 working days for your Priority Pass card to arrive in the mail. Golf Privileges Privileges Complimentary green fees for Citi Prestige Visa main cardholders at 22 participating golf clubs. 3 complimentary green fees in any golf clubs* for Citi Prestige Visa main cardholders each calendar year. * Offer is only available for public access golf clubs a. Citi Prestige Visa cardholders and his/her guests should hold valid golfer s insurance as individual golf clubs may impose golf insurance requirement. i. Citi Prestige Visa cardholders must follow the terms and conditions of booking (set out in section below, or will not be granted access rights to the Participating Clubs. j. Citi Prestige Visa cardholders are not allowed to book for the next golf game until the current game is played. k. Offer is not valid for use in conjunction with other non-citi Prestige Visa promotions, discounts or offers, and cannot be used with other promotion, participation in corporate golf events, private golf events or golf tournament. l. Offer is valid for use where booked directly by Citi Prestige Concierge. Accordingly and for the avoidance of doubt, Citi Prestige Visa cardholders are not allowed to take over tee times transferred from other golfers/participating Club members to make use of the Golf Privileges. m. All bookings must be made through Citi Prestige Concierge. n. Citi Prestige Visa cardholders understand and acknowledge that participating clubs will not entertain any correspondence/enquires and/or attempts for bookings from Citi Prestige Visa cardholders if the Citi Prestige Visa cardholders contact the golf clubs directly to book this offer. o. Confirmation of bookings will be sent to cardholders within 2 business days. p. Offer is valid for weekdays and weekends except public holidays. The policy for public holidays varies by golf clubs. q. All weekday bookings must be done 3 business days in advance and weekend bookings must be done 6 business days in advance. r. Acceptance of all golf bookings, pairings and changes to tee times will be at the discretion of the participating clubs and are subject to availability. Citi Prestige Visa cardholders will not be granted access rights to the participating clubs without prior bookings through Citi Prestige Concierge. Fees and Charges

Citi Prestige Visa cardholders and guests have to pay for buggy, caddie, turf mate, locker fee, insurance, taxes and all other ancillary and miscellaneous charges ( Other Usage Charges ) at normal published rates at the participating clubs where applicable, subject to the participating clubs terms and conditions. t. All payment made in relation to usage of the Golf Privileges, and any Other Usage Charges incurred while utilizing the Golf Privileges, must be made with a Citi Prestige Visa card. u. All charges will be made in the local currency of the participating club at which the game is booked and played. Cancellation and Charges v. Cancellations are to be made through Citi Prestige Concierge and not directly with the participating clubs. w. Cancellations and amendments to booking can only be made by calling Citi Prestige Concierge. This will be considered a new booking request and the booking datelines will apply x. Cancellation and amendment fees apply depending on the policies by respective participating clubs. y. There will be no rain check. z. Cancellation fees will be charged directly to the Citi Prestige Visa credit card account. aa. Cancellation charges apply for late cancellations and no show. bb. Number of days required for cancellation is dependent on the day booked and policies by respective participating golf clubs. cc. Golfers must have a valid handicap. dd. The Golf Privileges are valid for golf rounds only. They do not provide Citi Prestige Visa cardholders and their guests with access to the other recreational facilities at the participating clubs. ee. The Golf Privileges are not to be regarded as a golf club membership. ff. Citi Prestige Visa cardholders acknowledge and agree that Citibank and Visa are not responsible for non-fulfillment of any privileges or any defect or lack in service or goods supplied by third parties, including the Participating Golf Clubs. Accordingly, Citi Prestige Visa cardholders irrevocably agree not to make any claim against Citibank and Visa in relation to any loss, damage, disappointment or distress of any kind arising from their use or attempted use of the Golf Privileges, including but not limited to failure or inadequacy of service or fulfillment of privileges by the Participating Clubs. gg. Citibank and Visa reserves the right and without assigning any reason, to change or to cancel any participating club it is the duty of the Citi Prestige Visa cardholders to check the list of participating clubs prevailing at any time. hh. To the fullest extent permissible by law, each participating Citi Prestige Visa cardholder releases Citibank and the respective participating clubs from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including any claim for legal expenses) sustained or incurred by him/her in connection with his/her participation or attempted participation in the Golf Privileges. L. Register for a complimentary Harrods Rewards Black tier card and receive a 100 welcome gift to spend at Harrods. a. Harrods offer two (2) 10% off days per calendar year, Black Tier CH have the opportunity to choose one of these dates and gain access to the discounts. To facilitate this, CH will need to call Citi Prestige Concierge at least 24 hours prior for Harrods systems to reflect this. Harrods will notify the CH once their points have reached the level to be eligible, 500 points, for the Anytime points redemption. The CH then needs to indicate at least 24 hours in advance when they would like to redeem their points. The Harrods Rewards team requires 24 hours notice prior to arranging any time for any point s redemption and any personal 10% off days. Discounts are subject to department participation. Two hours complimentary car parking is subject to availability. c. Complimentary basic alterations to apparel are capped to the total value of 20 per item.
