1 Terms and Conditions for Jet Airways ICICI Bank Co-Brand Credit Cards: Joining/Annual Fees: Joining Fees will be charged in the first month s Credit Card statement upon booking of your Credit Card and Annual Fees will be charged after completion of every anniversary year thereon. JetPrivilege Platinum tier members will not be charged with Joining/Annual Fees till they maintain their JetPrivilege Platinum tier i.e. at the time of joining and at the time of anniversary date, the JetPrivilege member should be a JetPrivilege Platinum tier member. Joining/Renewal Benefits: Card members will qualify for Joining/Renewal Benefits (applicable as per the Card variant) on payment of Joining/Annual Fee. Joining Benefit of bonus JPMiles on enrolment shall be credited to the Cardholder s designated JetPrivilege account within a minimum of 45 working days post payment of the Joining Fee and if the Cardholder s Account is not delinquent or cancelled at the time of such credit or any other times. Renewal Benefit of bonus JPMiles on renewal of the Card at the end of every anniversary year from date of Card set up shall be credited to the Cardholder s JetPrivilege account within 45 working days of such renewal after the Cardholder has made a payment for the renewal fees and if the Cardholder s Account is not delinquent or cancelled at the time of renewal or at the time of such credit or at any other time. The Joining/Renewal benefits of Complimentary Air ticket # (applicable on Jet Airways ICICI Bank Sapphiro and Jet Airways ICICI Bank Rubyx Credit Cards) and bonus JPMiles (applicable as per the Card variant) will not be available if Jet Airways ICICI Bank Credit Card member s Joining/Annual Fees are waived off for any reason. Exception: JetPrivilege Platinum members whose Joining Fees is waived off shall receive Joining Benefits (applicable as per the Card variant) on first swipe of the Credit Card and Renewal Benefits (applicable as per the Card variant) each year from the second year onwards Joining Benefits will be credited within 45 working days upon creation of primary Cardholder s statement capturing the first swipe transaction. No time limit from the Card set up is applicable for the first swipe. No minimum transaction amount is applicable for the first swipe. Renewal Benefits will be credited within 45 working days of the completion of each anniversary year of the Card #Complimentary Air Ticket: Upon payment of Joining and Annual Fees, Jet Airways ICICI Bank Sapphiro and Jet Airways ICICI Bank Rubyx Credit Card members are entitled to receive a one-way base fare waived complimentary ticket ( Offer ) In case the member subscribes to both the Visa and American Express Credit Card variants, the card member will be entitled to only one complimentary ticket benefit. The complimentary ticket code entitlement is for Jet Airways ICICI Bank Sapphiro and Jet Airways ICICI Bank Rubyx Credit Card primary card members only. The complimentary ticket code entitles the primary card member to receive a waiver of the base fare component on one-way economy class revenue ticket for travel on Jet Airways domestic flights within India. The card member will have to bear the charges such as taxes, surcharges and other levies as applicable on the ticket at the time of booking and/or travel Tickets against complimentary travel should be booked at least 14 days prior to the travel date. Payment of other applicable components viz. surcharges, taxes, levies, fees etc. will have to be borne by the card member

2 The payment for the amount must be made using the Jet Airways ICICI Bank Sapphiro or Jet Airways ICICI Bank Rubyx Credit Card only The complimentary ticket code is valid only for travel in Economy Cabin and on select booking fare classes The complimentary ticket code is voluntarily transferable The complimentary ticket code is valid for six (6) months, for booking and travel (outbound and inbound), from the date of issue of the promotion code (both days inclusive) The complimentary ticket code will not be extended after the expiry of its validity date JetPrivilege will the card member s unique complimentary ticket code on the address as recorded in the ICICI Bank Credit Card account within a period of 45 working days after the receipt of the Credit Card fees JetPrivilege or ICICI Bank Ltd. will not be responsible in case the address provided is incorrect or if the bounces back due to any reason To avail of the base fare waiver, each eligible card member will be given a unique promotion code which will be mentioned in the communication sent by JetPrivilege The complimentary ticket promotion code can be redeemed only through India country site The card member will need to enter the complimentary ticket promotion code in the promotion field on The complimentary ticket promotion code will be available for one time usage only and will become invalid upon utilisation Payment of taxes/surcharges/fees/applicable levies and ticketing must be done instantly at the time of redeeming at In event a card member uses the complimentary ticket promotion code of another Jet Airways ICICI Bank Credit Card member without the original owner s consent then the card member who has utilised such codes will have to pay Jet Airways (India) Limited the amount of discount benefits availed against such codes Seats under this offer are subject to availability. Jet Airways or ICICI Bank Ltd. does not guarantee availability of seats under this Offer The complimentary ticket code entitles to a base fare waiver for the one-way segment without any break in journey. Once booked and ticketed under a particular guest name, the ticket is non - transferable Once booked and ticketed, if the guest is unable to fly on the date of travel, then they can cancel the ticket and get the refund of the amount booked or get it re-issued but as per the terms of ticketing for the fare class in which the ticket was booked If the ticket is cancelled, then the amount of refund will be less of the base fare amount which was waived off Upon cancellation of the original booking, the complimentary ticket code will be deemed utilised and will not be reinstated under any circumstances Cancellations/Refund/Reissues will be subject to Jet Airways ticketing policies and rules governing cancellation/refund/reissues of fares, fees, taxes, surcharge, levies and will be subject to other applicable additional charges The card member or guest cannot make new bookings against the cancelled booking and seek to re-utilise the complimentary ticket code In the event and card member has availed of the complimentary ticket promotion code at the time of enrolment/annual renewal and if the card member wishes to close the ICICI Bank Credit Card account, then the annual fees will not be refunded to the card member.

3 Certain airports in India levy an airport development fee for every domestic travel. Such taxes are charged at the time of booking. Certain airports also levy additional charges at the time of actual travel. These Bonus JPMiles will not reflect in the credit card statement of the Jet Airways ICICI Bank Co-brand credit card 5% Online Discount: Jet Airways ICICI Bank Sapphiro and Jet Airways ICICI Bank Rubyx Credit Card members are entitled to receive a discount of 5% on Base Fare ( Offer ) for every domestic / international revenue booking made for online bookings at The online discount will be applicable on international flights originating from India only and if the payment is made in INR currency only. In case, if the cardholder is trying to book any international flight originating out of India and the payment is in international currency, the online discount will not be applicable. For example if a cardholder is booking Dubai-Bombay on jetairways.com (India country site) and the payment is to be made in AED then the discount will not be applicable. In case, of a date change if the cardholder amends the original booking through "Manage Booking" module on jetairways.com, 5% discount on Base Fare applied on the original ticket will not be carried forward to the revised ticket. In order to avail the discount, the cardholder will have to cancel the original booking and make a fresh booking with the discount code "JTICICI". Jet Airways ICICI Bank Sapphiro and Jet Airways ICICI Bank Rubyx Credit Card members will require to quote the promotion code JTICICI in the Promotion Code field at the time of choosing the itinerary on The online discount code entitles the cardholder to receive a discount of 5% on base fare on one-way or return revenue tickets for travel on Jet Airways domestic and international flights The discount is available only for Jet Airways marketed flights. Jet Airways marketed and other airline operated codeshare flights or interline travel booked on is not eligible for the discount The online discount is available only for travel in Economy cabin and in any booking fare class excluding award travel on Jet Airways. Eligible booking classes on jetairways.com are as follows Y, M, T, U, N, L, Q, S, K, H, V, O, W (excluding 9W*/OAL, Interline, Award Travel & Groups) If a Jet Airways ICICI Bank co-branded Credit Card holder is attempting to book a return journey under the promo Code JTICICI, then both the legs of the journey have to be booked in fare classes eligible under this discount. The online discount code is voluntarily transferable The discount promotion code can be redeemed only through India country site The online discount code will be available every time a cardholder books revenue tickets on India country site Under the online discount offer; 5% of the base fare component of the ticket will be discounted The cardholder will have to bear remaining base fare in excess of discounted 5%, along with additional charges such as fees, taxes, surcharges and other levies as applicable on the ticket at the time of booking and/or travel Payment of taxes/surcharges/applicable levies and ticketing must be done instantly at the time of redeeming on Payment for balance fare and applicable taxes/surcharge/levies must be made using the Jet Airways - ICICI Bank Sapphiro or Jet Airways ICICI Bank Rubyx Credit Card only Black-out periods or restrictions could apply Once booked and ticketed under a particular guest name, the ticket is non - transferable

5 Once booked and ticketed, if the guest is unable to fly on the date of travel, then they can cancel the ticket and get a refund of the amount booked or get it re-issued but as per the terms of ticketing for the fare class in which the ticket was booked If the ticket is cancelled, then the amount of refund will be less of the discount amount availed Cancellations/Refund/Reissues will be subject to Jet Airways ticketing policies and rules governing cancellation/refund/reissues of fares, fees, taxes, surcharge, levies and any other applicable additional charges The discount code is available for use only through If the cardholder cancels the ticket and makes a fresh booking through any other channel against the original booking then the benefit of the Offer will not be applicable Certain airports in India levy an airport development fee for every domestic/international travel. 6 Card member can avail of Dedicated check-in upon producing their Credit Card at Dedicated check-in counter Partner Airline, ATR, international flights or codeshare flights will not qualify for this facility Excess Baggage Allowance: This offer of 10kgs excess baggage waiver for travel on Jet Airways full service domestic flights only and is valid for Jet Airways ICICI Bank Sapphiro Credit Card members only Excess baggage waiver will not be applicable on ATR/partner airline/ codeshare/international flights Card members can avail only higher of Excess Baggage Allowance on their Credit Card or JetPrivilege Tier Allowance. Card members cannot club both the allowances Card member who may also be either a Platinum, Gold or Silver tier member, the higher of the two baggage allowances will apply and not cumulative of the two. Hence a card member who is a Platinum member will be entitled to only 20 kgs (additional baggage allowance benefit for the Platinum Tier members) of additional baggage allowance and not 20 kgs +10 kgs = 30kgs. Excess Baggage Allowance is only applicable for the primary card holder of the Jet Airways ICICI Bank Sapphiro Credit Card identified by the JetPrivilege Number printed on the card. JPMiles Capping: Miles cap (as per Card variant) is valid for every anniversary year and will be reset at the end of the year from date of Card set up Cardholders can pay an additional uncapping Annual Fee of `7500 every year to avail the facility of uncapped miles earning Miles capping is only applicable for miles earned through spends on the Card and does not include miles earned as Joining Bonus or pre-booking bonus
