Yearli Desktp 2014, Quarter 3 update 1 Enhancements Winfiler has a new name - Yearli Desktp has all the features and functins yu have cme t expect frm Winfiler. TIN Matching Greatland prvides easy access t a service implemented by the IRS allwing a 1099 filer t check the TIN (Taxpayer Identificatin Number) and a specific recipient name t ensure that there is a match fr it in the IRS database. This prcess helps filers avid IRS penalties and B-Ntices fr missing TINs r incrrect Name/TIN cmbinatins. Greatland delivers an easy-t-understand TIN matching reprt within three business days. (Available in early December) Imprved Interface Dashbard Prvides quick access t the mst cmmnly used features yu will use n a regular basis, including easier t use windws fr Imprting and Printing. This was created t give yu an easy way t navigate the wrkflw fr filing yur returns. Payers & Recipients screen Prvides a cnslidated screen t manage yur Frms, Payers and Recipients. This ne screen has replaced fur screens resulting in an enhanced wrkflw. Click the What s New buttn n the Payers & Recipients screen t learn mre. Supprts Transactinal Data Entry AND Year End Data Entry The best f Winfiler and Winfiler Plus have been cmbined. Yearli Desktp allws yu t enter after-the-fact payrll, 94x r state UI reprting by using Quarterly Data Entry selectin. This enables entry f dated transactins in whatever frequency yu need (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, mnthly, etc.). If yu are lking fr a simple way t enter W-2 r 1099 frms, select Year End Data Entry if yu nly need t cmplete yur W-2 and 1099 frms. Payee Nw Called Recipient Frmerly Winfiler referred t payees. That has been replaced with recipients in Yearli. Payer and Payee Type Of TIN field can nw be mapped during the imprt. When the length f the State Identificatin Number matches the state specificatins, the State ID will be frmatted with apprpriate hyphens, spaces, etc. n the Preview tab in Step 2. This frmatting will be retained when the imprted data is written t the database. Winfiler Plus 2014, Setup IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES READ BEFORE INSTALLING Please make sure t review the System Requirements fr prper installatin f the sftware. System Requirements - D nt install the Winfiler Plus prgram t Cmpressed r Encrypted drives because the prgram will nt wrk prperly. Authrizatin cdes are used during installatin r when yu replace yur PC r need t re-install yur sftware fr any reasn. Authrizatin cdes are lcated n the packing slip.
