Grew non-profit AIDS Housing agency serving 12 clients per year with $88,000 budget to multi-service organization serving 200+ housing clients and 150 information technology clients, with $3,000,000 annual budget, over 14-year period. Initiated affordable information technology services project for non-profit human service organizations. Operations grew from $45,000 to $500,000 in 4 years. Recognized nationally for Best Practices by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the use of technology in implementing Shelter Plus Care housing program. Selected by City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County Continuum of Care to develop and implement HUD mandated Homeless Management Information System for community. Secured $1.4 M grant from HUD for project.
