Served as point person regarding University of Minnesota GLBT policy development and monitoring. Managed constituent relations with faculty, staff, students, alumni, community groups, and the media. Spearheaded the fundraising, grant writing, and strategic development that lead to the founding of the Schochet Center for GLBT Studies and the establishment of the Tretter Archives in GLBT Studies at the University of Minnesota. Directed the work of the Schochet Center s staff and the planning process that lead to the hiring of the Center s first Program Director. Taught core courses for minor in GLBT Studies. Coordinator, Diversity Institute ( ) Managed the staff and the educational programming of the Diversity Institute at the University of Minnesota. Provided consultation regarding multicultural organizational development and facilitated diversity training workshops.
