3 Deret from 1947 until today The business journey began in 1947 with the creation in Orléans, by Robert Deret, of a transport company bearing his name. Since then, Deret has continued to develop in sectors related to road transport and logistics. It successfully penetrated the temperature controlled logistics field, hotel & catering, real estate development and planning sectors. Nearly 100 hectares of real estate reserves Deret abroad Temperature controlled warehousing Since May 2012, the 80,000 m 3 frozen products logistics platform built by Deret and operated by its subsidiary, Essonne Frigorifique in Fleury-Mérogis, along the A6 highway and near the Francilienne ring road, has been serving manufacturers and retailers. Space for 15,000 pallets and 6,000 m 2 of docks and mezzanines are dedicated to pooling, synergising the flow of transported goods, storing and distributing them. Services range from simple warehousing to order picking, tailor-made packaging and copacking. Asia - sourcing and consolidation services Deret Logistique Asia operates platforms on several sites in China, Bangladesh, Cambodia, India and Turkey. Through these locations, it can provide "end-to-end" and tailor-made solutions for its customers. Coordination and optimisation of physical flows, quality control, management of shipping documents and added-value operations to fulfill a very broad scope of requirements. Africa - logistics and transport services Express Afrique has been in the Gulf of Guinea since It takes care of the transport, handling and installation of infrastructures for petroleum companies. In addition to one hundred vehicles dedicated to the business, Express Afrique also operates cranes and a fleet of boats. 5 Logistics Deret Logistique Deret Logistique was ranked the 12 th French logistics operator in It is a major player in tailormade logistics. This is especially true in the B to B sector thanks to high added-value tailormade picking services for perfume and cosmetics, luxury and pharmaceutical products sectors. This also applies to B to C activities developed in e-commerce and mail order selling sectors, which include receipt of goods, quality control, picking, shipping and returns processing (up to 90,000 packages/day). The company operates over 500,000 m 2 of warehouse space spread across several multi-customer or dedicated sites. Some of these sites, most of them located in France, have a major advantage: their proximity to the Paris airports or to the Cosmetic Valley competitiveness cluster. Mostly situated along highway networks and in the immediate vicinity of interchanges, their location facilitates fast distribution of products stored and processed thanks to highways connections to the rest of Europe, and also all over the world thanks to the proximity to airports hubs. 5

The differentiating human factor Taking an interest in the content of pallets, in the products, materials and objects they contain, in order to better cope with the issues of industrial production and to specialise in specific, sophisticated processes, this is the key to Deret Logistique's excellence. Recognised as a specialist in piece picking, the company makes a point of adjusting its offer as closely as possible to the characteristics of each of its customer. This strategy involves selecting, on a client-by-client basis, the relevant automation options, and being prepared to acquire the right skills, for example by hiring seamstresses and pharmacists to back up our engineers skills. 7 Deret Transporteur Road transport Road transport is Deret's historical business and consists in managing the full chain, from upstream logistics to delivery of the finished product. For dedicated customers, we route goods from logistics sites to distribution networks (boutiques, wholesalers, airports, etc.). With a high-performing fleet of vehicles which is constantly renewed (Euro 6), Deret Transporteur activities focus on services for the luxury industry (perfumes, cosmetics and ready-to-wear) and extend all the way to ready-to-use concrete. The company also transports radioactive materials (medical sector) and nuclear materials (energy and maintenance operators). At the end of 2009, Deret Transporteur created the first French urban delivery network using electric-powered lorries, with the biggest fleet in Europe (54 vehicles). It also moved up to top position with its 22 hybrid HGVs. And because innovation is in its DNA, the company also tests lorries prototypes for major manufacturing companies in the sector. 7

8 Road transport Innovation: the source of progress Being a carrier and also a pioneer in terms of social and environmental responsibility are entirely compatible. The company set up the first nationwide urban delivery network using electric-powered lorries, thus revolutionising what is known as last-mile logistics. Its fleet of 22 HGVs with hybrid engines is the biggest in Europe. It has an unrivalled goal of reducing its CO 2 emissions by 20% over three years, and Deret Transporteur is already ISO 9001 and certified. Together with the handling leader, it has developed a silent electric forklift suitable for those final metres. Negative externalities are quantified and 50 times less per 100 km. It also promotes awareness among public bodies and institutions (conurbations, communities, research laboratories, environmental associations, etc.). Diana Diziain, Lyon Urban Community "In the Lyon Urban Community (Grand Lyon), we are always looking for cleaner, quieter and more efficient goods transport solutions for our locally based companies. The partnership we have had with Deret Transporteur since 2009 appeals to Grand Lyon on two levels. First, through the creation of the first urban delivery network, it not only provided a concrete and relevant last-mile logistics solution, it also succeeded in entirely rethinking and redesigning it. Thanks to two Lyon-based platforms of Deret Transporteur, particularly the one on the ground floor of the Cordeliers car park on the Presqu'Ile, delivery milk-runs are now shorter and therefore consume less energy. This innovation defeats the image of cumbersome, noisy, polluting city deliveries. Another advantage of Deret Transporteur's offer is that it proves it is possible to introduce a parcel business into the urban environment, in perfect harmony with its surroundings. As local legislation may create tougher conditions for accessing city centres in the future, Deret Transporteur has made the right call, and got a head start, by taking a gamble on electric and hybrid propulsion". 9 Hotels & Catering Cap 117 For nearly 20 years, Cap 117 has been building, acquiring and operating hotels and restaurants. It is a recognised player in this sector. Originally located in business areas developed by Deret HDI, the hotels are operated by Cap 117, notably under the Accor brand names: Formule 1, Ibis Style, Ibis Budget, Novotel and Mercure. After the Courtepaille restaurant in Romorantin opened, the one in Vierzon followed shortly thereafter. A project to build an Ibis Budget hotel with 80 rooms in Lormont is also in the works. The entity currently has 18 hotels and 9 restaurants. The portfolio has tripled since 2009 and now totals nearly 1,500 rooms (one- to four-stars), over 750 restaurant seats and more than 1,400 seats in meeting and seminar rooms. The establishments are on a north/south axis, from Dunkirk to Bordeaux. Today, Cap 117 has nearly 400 employees. The most recent establishments - both hotels and restaurants - were built under the supervision of Deret HDI. 9

At the same time, it helps to boost employment in the hotel & catering sector. High added-value service Deret's transition from developing business areas to constructing and managing hotels 17 years ago was a smooth one, with its aim being to offer customers a comprehensive range of services. Today the company s expertise is recognised by the biggest names in the sector. A good illustration of its intrinsic taste for a challenge is the development of the Meung/ Loire (Loiret) business area, followed by the construction of office and production buildings and then construction and management of a hotel and franchised Courtepaille restaurant. Cap 117 combines proximity with promotion of the local region by giving priority to strategic locations. 11 Real estate development Deret HDI Deret HDI is an expert in real estate development, construction and outfitting. It manages every facet of these businesses: investment, design and construction of production buildings, hotels and restaurants, office buildings and shops. Proficient in creating latest-generation logistics platforms, it has built over 550,000 m 2 of warehouses, in compliance with the strictest norms, such as Seveso norms. Deret s most recent achievements, which are characteristic of Deret's know-how and rigour, include the development of a 40-hectare business park (Les Guettes in Ingré - Loiret) on behalf of the Communauté d Agglomération Orléans Val de Loire, and a building dedicated to tertiary activities in Bordeaux-Bastide consisting of 10,000 m 2 of offices, 1,130 m 2 of shops and 324 parking spaces. This building was granted the HQE and THPE label by Certivea, the only certification body in France, for the programme, design and production phases. 11

12 Strong local foundations As a logical extension of its historical transport business, real estate development now figures among Deret's visionary intuitions. Deret HDI can today boast of over 550,000 m 2 of operated, rented or sold warehouse space and nearly 100 hectares of real estate reserves in France. The choice of site is always strategic: close to a highway and toll booth, whenever possible Seveso rated to accommodate hazardous materials. The buildings' appearance is never sacrificed, the architectural style is always respected while the security systems are discreet. Faithful to its environmental commitments, Deret HDI has also affirmed its expertise and commitment by delivering buildings that have both HQE and Very High Energy Performance (THPE) labels.
