Determine current financial situation 2. Develop financial goal for the this year, budget 3. Evaluate risk of investments (e.g. Europe crises) 4. Evaluate investments made so far (e.g. long term needs/expenses, especial costs) 5. Research financially viable alternatives for the future investments 6. Review the plan and monitoring with regularity 7. Create a monthly(?) graphic with costs vs. sales Action plan: 1. Find direct ways of selling our product (look at partners as a complement and not as the main vehicle) 2. Plan Smartguide s campaigns days on the street 3. Define timelines/deadlines for the implementation of new ideas (prepare as much as possible in February to be ready in March) 4. Update contact lists for different fields of business (hotels, museums, transportation, travel agencies, booklet cooperations, etc) and add new contacts to be done (February) 5. During the next school semester, as part of my degree, I will have to do a training period beginning in January I am sending this to apply spontaneously to do an internship with your organization. This training will be my final project in which I will develop my final paper (training report). Over the past few years I have dedicated myself completely to tourism area.
