2 GENERAL FEAUTURES Environmental Conditions : Maximum outdoor temperature +55 C, Relative humidity 100%, Wind speed durable 175 km/h, Fully resistant against to dust, sand and rain, Corrosion- resistant against acid rain, salt, contamined industrial waste and weather conditions, Fully resistant against to plants, insects, rodent, micro-organisms and their compositions. Loading : Container roof able to carry loads, up to 6 meters vertically like transmission pole. Air conditioning unit will be put top of the roof where it is necessary. Cranes can be easily carry the containers with fully-load or not using by loading-holes top on the containers. Also, forklift pallet places can be manufactured according to the customer s demand. Operating Conditions : Inside of the GSM Shelter Container s equipment, working environment temperature would be +5 to +40 C and ambient relative humidity 85%. Main Structural Components : i) INSULATION Wall panels insulation will be B-class poly-urethane (PU), or EPS, roof and frame insulation will be B-class PU / EPS / Glass wool / Rock wool. According to the geographical conditions and technical specifications for the project with considering the related standards. GSM Shelter Container s average heat transfer coefficient value will not be bad 0.32 W / m² K. ii) WALL PANELS Wall panels will be PU / EPS / Glass wool / Rock wool sandwich panels according to the technical specifications. Sandwich panel's most important feature is used between the inner and outer plates, pu / eps production of material in a single piece (monoblock). Outer Layer : 0.50 mm thick, 5 micron primer + 20 micron polyester paint finish, polyethylene film coated galvanized sheet metal. Inner Surface : 0.50 mm thick, 5 micron primer + 20 micron polyester paint finish, polyethylene film coated galvanized sheet metal. Page2

Galvanized steel thickness gr/m² PU density kg/m³ EPS density kg/m³ iii) BASE CHASSIS Base Chassis : Special shaped and cold formed ready made steel profiles. It will be painted electrostatic powder paint or primer painted. Outer Surface : Galvanized trapezoidal unpainted steel sheet Insulation : PU/EPS/Glass wool/rock wool Interior Surface : Cement bonded particle-board/plywood/mdf etc. Floor Covering : Antistatic PVC flooring Note : Material thickness will be choosen according to the geographical conditions and technical specifications for the project with considering the related standards. iv) TOP CHASSIS (CEILING) Top Chassis : Special shaped and cold formed ready made steel profiles. It will be painted electrostatic powder paint or primer painted. Outer Surface : Galvanized trapezoidal unpainted steel sheet Insulation : PU/EPS/Glass wool/rock wool Inner Surface : Cement bonded particle-board/gypsum board/plywood/mdf etc. Note : Material thickness will be choosen according to the geographical conditions and technical specifications for the project with considering the related standards. Lifting : To able to lift or move entire load with lifting straps/eyebolts/iso edges/lifting corners. Rain (Water) Drainage System: With slope of the roof (free flow) or With roof drainage system and drinage channels Note : If demanded ice-shelter application will be used. v) CORNER COVERING Special shaped and cold formed ready made steel profiles. It will be painted electrostatic powder paint or primer painted. Page3
4 vi) DOORS & WINDOWS Windows & Doors Frame : Rebated application or cold-formed powder-coated galvanized steel sheet and frames are case sealing ribbed will be used. Windows: PVC Windows will be used (Windows are not recommended for use in GSM Shelter containers.) Outer Doors NOTE : If demanded; : Steel doors. Fly insect wire, Window shutters/blind, Hydraulic door trap, Vent above the door or panel, Rain dropper, Loophole etc. Supplying and installation of accessories according to the demand. vii) ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS : 1st class electrical materials will be used according to the technical specifications for the project with considering and related Turkish and/or European standards. Cabling : Surface mounted (Easily facilitates operation to the cables.). Rigid PVC cable channels will be used. Lighting : Interior and outer armatures will be used according to the technical specifications for the project with considering and related Turkish and/or European standards. Note : If demanded, supplying and installation below materials; Socket and switch, Equipotential busbar, Earthing bar, Earth leakage relay (parafadur), Container compartment fuse panel etc. Page4
