3 FIBRE BOARDS Fibre board (or chipboard) is an engineered wood product manufactured from wood/ agri fibres, and synthetic resin which is pressed and extruded. Fibre Board is a composite material. Waterproof fibre boards are also available. Standard Thickness: 2.5MM- 25MM Protects from scratches PAPERBOARD/ PLASTIC TUBE Paperboard or plastic tubes are used in coil packaging to protect the inner and outer surfaces of the coils. They are available in various diameters as per customers requirements. It provides easy and quick packaging solution. Protects from scratches Used in outer and inner surface of metal coils. FIBRE BOARDS DISC Made from fibre board, it is cut into the shape of a disc in order to protect the sides of metal coils. Standard Thickness: 2.5MM- 25MM Protects from scratches Used in the sides of metal coils.

4 KRAFT PAPER Kraft paper is produced from chemical pulp by the Kraft process. Kraft paper is strong and relatively coarse. It has high tensile strength. The grammage is normally from g/m 2. Standard Thickness: 80 GSM- 150 GSM Protects from scratches POLYCOATED KRAFT PAPER Polycoated Kraft paper is produced by applying a coat of poly to Kraft paper. It has high tensile strength. The grammage is normally from g/m 2. Standard Thickness: 80 GSM- 100 GSM Protects from scratches. Protects from water, oil, dust and grease. INDENTED KRAFT PAPER Indented kraft paper is soft and absorbent and used in wrapping, interleaving, or filling voids. It is non-abrasive and bounces back after repeated impacts during shipping and handling. Standard Width of roll: 18, 24, 36 or 48 inches Standard Size of Sheet: 18 x24, 24 x36, 36 x48, 48 x60 Provides cushioning. Protects from scratches, water, oil, dust and grease.

5 AIR BUBBLE FILM Air Bubble film, also popularly termed as Bubble Wrap or Bubble Paper is a two layered polyethylene film. One layer has cavities of pre-designated diameter and the second layer is a plain lamination. Standard Thickness: 40 GSM- 140 GSM Standard width of roll: 1, 1.5 or 2 Meter Provides cushioning. Protects from scratches, water, oil, dust and grease. FOAM & EPE FOAM Expanded polyethylene foam (EPE) is a new type of environmentally-safe foaming material that is popular for strong cushioning & shock proofing capabilities. It is flexible and light with great elasticity Standard Thickness: 1 MM- 100 MM Provides cushioning and has anti- friction capabilities. Protects from scratches, moisture, heat and dust. CORRUGATED ROLLS/ SHEETS Corrugated fibre board is a paper-based material consisting of a fluted corrugated sheet and one or two flat linerboards. Standard width of roll: 1, 1.5 or 2 Meter Provides cushioning. Protects from scratches, UV, heat and dust.

6 INTERLEAVING PAPER Interleaving Paper or Glassine Paper is grease resistant, nonabsorbent, with a high resistance to the passage of air. This material is smooth and transparent, and is made in white and brown. It protects items from moisture and can be creased and folded. Standard width of roll: 100 MM MM Protects from grease, heat and dust. Interleaving Paper is used between layers of metal sheets to prevent any damage to the surface caused by the friction between two layers. VCI PAPER & FILM VCI stands for Volatile Corrosion inhibitor or Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor. VCI protects all ferrous metals from rust. VCI molecules, on evaporation saturate the enclosed air space and also settle on the metal surface to form an invisible thin film which protect the metal from attack. Standard width of roll: 100 MM MM Anti- corrosion & rustproof High stretch capacity & tensile strength SEAL & SEAL PROTECTORS Seals are to be used with strapping to ensure proper joint strength. There are different types of seals available based upon the type of strips used for strapping. Seal protector are used under the seals and act like cushions that prevent the possible damage that can be caused by the seal.

7 ID/ OD PROTECTOR I.D. protectors are constructed of two alternating pieces of Angle board. The boards are cut to exact dimensions to fit securely into the coil, thus protecting the entire inner circumference. O.D. protectors are constructed with preformed right angles that are notched and scored to readily conform to the outer circumference of paper rolls. Available in Kraft paper and steel. Prevents damages from material handling equipment Prevents edge damage from strapping ANGLE BOARDS Angle Boards also popularly known as Edge Protectors provides protection to edges from damages. Made from kraft paper or steel angle boards decreases overall risk of probable damages. It has several applications in packaging of products and helps in minimizing damages to corners as well as providing 100% safety to the product. Standards Shapes: L, U Protects the corners from damages in transit Increases stacking strength Prevents damages caused by strapping SKIDS & PALLETS Skids and Wooden Pallets are used for packing metal sheets. Metal sheets are stacked on skids and covered by pallets. This makes it easy to handle and provides safety even in circumstances of rough handling. Skids are designed for multi- staking wherein it becomes easy to store and transport the sheets.

8 STEEL STRAPS Steel strappings, are manufactured from low and medium carbon strapping quality cold rolled steel strips. The straps are then deburred, tempered, painted and waxed. Steel straps are widely used as strapping consumables for metal packaging. Standard Thickness: 0.25 MM- 3.5 MM PP STRAPS Polypropylene (PP) straps have over twice the resistance to shock loads as compared to steel straps and also the ability to stretch just slightly to absorb shock and recover. Available in different length, width and thickness these PP straps are reliable, safe and economical.
