I am writing on behalf of an Italian School based in Brindisi to ask you a quote for 1/2 groups (PON) with regard to your school in PORTSMOUTH. Could you please provide us with a quotation for: - 80 hour tuition in 3 weeks, exam preparation course (B1/B2 level); -15/30 students + 2/4 leaders accommodation in College with single ensuite rooms for the leaders; -full board- return transfer (Heathrow or Stansted); - afternoon/evening activities and Excursions; -period : 1 group in July + 1 group for the last week of August and the first two of September. Could you please provide separate quotes for Trinity exams fees? Here is the amount of expenditure for the supply of the services for each module: - 6,400 for 80 hour tuition with native speaker teachers; - 3,000 for exams fees; - 46,500 for board, lodging, social and cultural programme The tender will be won even though it includes an offer for only one group; furthermore, the contract will be awarded also if only one single tender is submitted, as long as it is up to requirement. Our school may make use of the Italian regulation called Quinto d Obbligo, which provides for modifications of the contract up to one fifth of the total amount of the contract itself.

2 All bids must be delivered to I.T.I.S. G. Giorgi, Via Amalfi, Brinidisi-ITALY- at or before 12:00 p.m. 23rd June 2014 and date. Please write the project identification number on the endvelope. 11 AWARD CRITERIA The tender will be awarded on the basis of the lowest bidder, pursuant to article n. 83 of the delegated law 163/2006, assigning the highest grade of 100 scores according to the following standards: REQUIREMENTS Quality standard of accommodation for students Single room with private bathroom 20 pts.
