It designs and manufactures formworks for precast concrete products, metal structures, machines manufacturing, and pipes. Moreover, Coalca provides industrial maintenance integral services. After 30 years in industrial boilermaking, we are able to offer an excellent quality in all our products. Our ability to adapt and versatility allow us to get involved in very diverse projects and solve such miscellaneous needs as usual in the industries in which we are present.

4 Our Res"rces Coalca operates modern facilities prepared with elevation equipment and all required machinery for our projects development in excellent conditions. Moreover, we are equipped with cutting-edge welding technology, able to weld aluminum and stainless steel with very high quality standards. Our processes and employees are certified according to EN and ASME standards for different materials and thicknesses. Equipped with cutting-edge calculation software and 2D - 3D design programs, our technical office provides the development of drawing and engineering turnkey projects. Moreover, it assists the customer at all production stages, suggesting such kind of variations in order to reduce costs and shorten process times.

5 Formworks Special$ts After more than 30 years working for the main Spanish precast concrete manufacturers, Coalca has become a reference in the production of metal formworks for all kind of concrete precast structures. We are specialists in facing and solving complex projects in order to develop the design and manufacturing of automatic and semi-automatic formworks for unique pieces, operated by a mechanical or hydraulic system. Furthermore, Coalca has accumulated a broad experience in building climbing formwork systems, pillars, capitals, reinforced concrete double-t, U and box beams. From our Technical Department we provide our customers with turnkey projects valuation, being Coalca responsible for all stages in the process, from the design, calculation and detailed engineering phases to the manufacturing, supply and assembly of the final product.

6 Indu%&al Div$ion We provide an industrial maintenance service offering an integral solution for problems and eventualities usually appear in big industrial plants. Some of our customers are leader companies in industries like glass transformation, electrical appliances manufacturing or precast concrete production. Our staff is formed by more than 50 professionals including welders, boilermakers, fitters and maintenance mechanicals amongst other. All our people have accumulated a great professional experience they apply daily serving our customers.
