3 EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM LUNCH AND LEARN FOR YOUR STAFF This presentation at your site educates your staff about the plug-in hybrid and fully electric cars available in the Canadian marketplace from a variety of manufacturers. This discussion, led by an experienced electric car driver and outreach professional, includes the cost of driving an electric car, environmental benefits, provincial incentives on the cars and chargers and how to apply for them. Your staff will learn everything they need to know about home charging station installation and charging their electric car on the road. Plug n Drive can also make an electric car available to members of your staff for their personal use. This service may be combined with an ELECTRIC CAR TEST DRIVE FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES below. Fee: $300 Fee: $100 One Plug n Drive specialist for one 45 minute presentation One Electric Car for a member of your staff for three days ELECTRIC CAR TEST DRIVE FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES Plug n Drive brings to your site several different makes and models of electric cars for your employees to test drive. Knowledgeable Plug n Drive staff members will be available to answer questions and discuss the unique attributes of these cars and other models currently available. This service may be combined with a LUNCH AND LEARN FOR YOUR STAFF above. Fee: $400 One Plug n Drive specialist and one electric car May be purchased in multiples

4 CHARGING STATION/FLEET CONSULTATION CONSULTATION FOR CHARGING STATION SITE INSPECTION AND INSTALLATION This turnkey consultation includes a Plug n Drive representative undertaking a comprehensive review of your site for the optimum placement of electric car charging stations. This includes an analysis of the potential for single or multiple charging stations, whether they should be in public or private areas and whether a fee for service is appropriate. An examination is made of your electrical capacity and if any permits are required. Parking locations designated for electric cars are suggested along with appropriate signage. A proposal is developed that maps installation locations and recommends appropriate charging stations and electrical contractors. Upon approval, Plug n Drive oversees the installation of the charging stations. Plug n Drive can create a unique coupon code for your organization that caters to individual employees or is part of a larger company-wide project. This code would be redeemed at chargemycar.ca for exclusive discounts on selected charging stations. Fee: $ cost of charging station/s and installation. Contact us to discuss the coupon code ELECTRIC CAR SUITABILITY FLEET ASSESSMENT WITH FLEETCARMA This service helps you make cost-effective decisions for integrating electric cars into your fleet. A FleetCarma data logger is temporarily installed in each fleet vehicle being assessed to analyze current duty cycles and make electric car recommendations on a vehicle by vehicle basis. This data-driven process provides the foundation for sound business decisions related to fleet management and supports the process of building the business and environmental cases for electric cars.
