Our services help you to provide a safe, clean and hygienic educational facility with a schedule tailored to meet your needs and budget. Window Cleaning Services Professional in their approach and committed to customer care, the team is able to deliver planned window cleaning regimes at client specific frequencies, and also has the capacity to undertake additional one-off works to include jet washing, fascia cleaning and similar tasks. Utilising the latest equipment including water fed poles and reach & wash systems, the team is health and safety conscious as well as focused on providing a first class, value for money service. Grounds Maintenance Services Groundlevel was conceived from the managing director s passion for the landscaping industry, and his dedication to this profession remains evident today in the substantial growth of this area of the business. We mobilise our grounds operatives in small teams each headed up by a charge-hand to lead the teams to deliver service excellence, creating tidy and well manicured environments. We offer both planned and reactive solutions to all of your grounds maintenance needs; this can include sports pitch renovation and line marking as required to support annual sports days and other events. Building Services Our projects and reactive team employs a number of specialist trades-people, qualified in areas such as plastering, plumbing, brick-laying, roofing, decorating and more. The reactive department is a busy and fast-paced environment, adept at handling changing priorities dictated by our clients needs. Flexible and responsive, we seek to deliver a reactive service that minimises any disruption to you or your premises. The projects department is where we manage all planned maintenance, refurbishment and reinstatement works. Liaising closely with our clients and supported by surveyors and facilities management specialists, the team will create a bespoke schedule of works to accommodate all of your requirements, expectations, financial and time constraints, to deliver an on-time and high quality solution.
8 Groundlevel Safeguarding of Children Policy Groundlevel Limited is determined to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to protect from harm, children and young people. This policy establishes the company s position, role and responsibilities and clarifies what is expected from everybody involved within the company. It very clearly highlights the importance placed by Groundlevel Limited in the protection of children and young people. This policy is written in line with Warrington Safeguarding Children Board (SWCB) Safeguarding Procedures, Groundlevel will ensure that:- The welfare of the child is paramount All children, whatever their age, culture, disability, gender, language, racial origin, religious beliefs and / or sexual identity, have the right to protection from abuse. Key Principles Groundlevel Limited will take responsibility for:- Respecting and promoting the rights, wishes and feelings of children and young people. Recruit, train and supervise all staff members to adopt best practice to safeguard and protect children and young people from abuse. Recruit all employees to adopt and abide by the appropriate codes of conduct and the Child Protection Policies and Procedures outlined within this document. Respond to any allegations appropriately. A child is defined as a person under the age of 18 (The Children Act 1989) The following checks will be carried out on people who are employed by Groundlevel Limited or subcontracted to work on behalf of Groundlevel Limited:- Satisfactory references Criminal Records Bureau checks Checks to confirm the right to work in the United Kingdom Where the appointee has lived outside the United Kingdom, further checks may be considered appropriate where obtaining a CRB disclosure alone is not sufficient to establish suitability to work with children.
