In ddition, the sid MUNIIPALITY contrct shll dhere to the FHWA s 23 MR 172 Administrtion of Engineering nd Design Relted Service ontrcts. MssDOT shll review the DESIGN ENGINEER S work performnce t the pproprite stges to ensure tht ll design tsks re being met. MssDOT shll forwrd to FHWA ll design documents for review t these pproprite stges. Therefore, the MUNIIPALITY shll provide summry of the Workhours expedited by its DESIGN ENGINEER t the 25%, 75%, nd 100% design submissions to MssDOT for review nd pprovl. The MUNIIPALITY shll not be llowed to proceed with the sid design contct beyond ech respective submissions, s described, until the MUNIIPALITY received written pprovl by MssDOT. Reimbursble direct expenses for privte milege, mels, nd lodging shll conform with the following limits: 1. Privte Milege In ccordnce with present compny policy nd the Federl Trvel Regultions, but limited to mximum of $0.40 per mile. Necessry tolls nd prking fees will be considered included under sid milege limit. 2. Mels In ccordnce with present compny policy, nd the Federl Trvel Regultions, but limited to brekfst $5.00 mx, lunch $10.00 mx, nd dinner $20.00 mx, except tht the cost of mels relted to trips mde in the course of norml work dy shll not be reimbursed. 3. Lodging Actul costs in ccordnce with present compny policy, nd the Federl Trvel Regultions, but not to exceed $ per dy,, only when the work performed is greter thn 50 miles from the onsultnt s office or sub consultnt s office, nd only when overnight lodging is required.
