Printing and sending the commitment by the carrier The carrier prints and signs the commitment text that is to be found on the site (Menu " Regular line PASS ) 17

This commitment must be sent to: 15 boulevard Carnot F Paris. Fax: +33 (0) Validation of account by the Administrator Upon verification of the application, the account will be activated by the City of Paris Commissioner on receipt of the commitment signed by the carrier. The Season Ticket PASS order is then accessible. WARNING: This procedure may take several working days. 4. Ordering Season Ticket PASS cards on the Internet The carrier can buy online as may cards as he wants for the cars likely to use Season Ticket PASS (1 card per bus). The payment is made by bank card. The cards are valid for 2 years. The carrier will receive them within 10 days of ordering from Section du Stationnement sur la Voie Publique 15 Boulevard Carnot Paris 5. Purchase and payment of units: The carrier buys the Season Ticket PASS units directly from the website for all the Season Ticket PASSes (with a minimum of 800 units). The payment is made by bank card. Other methods of payment (certified cheque, cheque, bank transfer) need to be validated by the City of Paris Chief Accountant and are only accepted exceptionally. In this case, the delivery of units is performed upon receipt of payment into the account of the City of Paris. This procedure may take several working days. The units are purchased beforehand (15 days for the first order, 8 days for the following orders), on the website, the quantity depending on the needs of the holder. The units are valid for 90 days from the day the first unit was used or not later than from the 30 th day following the date of purchase of the units in question. They are credited upon reading the card or at the registration by controllers. 6. Printing the Season Ticket PASSes The carrier must print each Season Ticket PASS that will be used every month. This operation is only possible if the cards have been purchased and activated and if units are available in the account. 7. Refund: It is possible to obtain the refund of the remaining valid units on the Season Ticket PASS account if the company closes the account. The request should be sent to: 15 Boulevard Carnot F Paris The refund will be made on the basis of the true situation of the account on the day the commissioner closes it. The amount refunded will be equivalent to the cost of the units on their respective purchase dates. 18

The Season Ticket PASS card can be refunded in case of a defect on first use. The request and the card must be returned to: 15 Boulevard Carnot F Paris Price for the Regular Line PASS and its supplements The prices in force at the date of order can be checked in the "Prices" link. For information, on January 1 st 2011, one parking unit costs 1 Euro. The prices will be calculated in compliance with the terms of the "Parking Unit" chapter using the following price tables. Unit Price The parking unit price for the Season Ticket PASS (TUs subscribed) is equal to: - for 800 to units purchased: TUs (RLP)= TUs - for units at units purchased: TUs (RLP)= 95 % of TUs - for the purchase of or more units: TUs (RLP)= 90 % of TUs The units are debited in the order of their validity date. PASS Prices For every use of a parking space for less than 45 minutes the price will be: - in a peripheral coach park or parking space: 6 units - in a central coach park or parking space: 10 units If parking is for longer than 45 minutes, or if the interval between two uses of a parking space is less than one hour: - The price will be identical to the Season Ticket PASS (see. article C3.1). Special supplemental prices associated to a season ticket PASS: The price of the identification card for each bus will be of 10 units. Central coach parks have a parking time limited to 3 hours. Beyond this, each additional hour costs 10 units. Materialisation of the Regular Line PASS The Season Ticket Pass is materialised in the form of an A4 format ticket which is to be placed behind the coach windscreen (legible from the outside) whenever the coach is parked. The following information is on this display: The PASS Number The current month of the year The carrier's logo, The vehicle licence plate number. A card valid for 2 years is associated with the A4 Season Ticket PASS printed by the carrier for each vehicle, bearing the vehicle licence plate number, its end of validity date and the company name. It is designed to be used on the card readers on the green stations located at the entrance and exit to the coach parks (it replaces the use of the access code) The Season Ticket PASSes can be used in coach parks and on-street locations defined by municipal and prefectoral orders. 19

As an example, these are the coach parks: Bercy, Carrousel- Louvre, rue de la Porte d Issy, Saint- Emilion and Pershing and the following locations on public roads: Avenue Armand Rousseau, Avenue Emile Laurent, Avenue Gustave Eiffel, Avenue Joseph Bouvard, Avenue Rapp, Avenue de New York, Bd Auguste Blanqui, Boulevard Arago, Boulevard Saint-Jacques, Cours La Reine, Place Vauban, Place de la République, Poterne des Peupliers, Quai de Conti, Rue Auguste Comte, Rue Froideveaux, Rue Glück, Rue Jean Cocteau, Rue Lachelier, Rue Taitbout, Rue Vieille du Temple, Rue de Maubeuge and Rue du Faubourg St Martin. Parking locations are listed on the document "parking lots" and they are located on the map "parking locations" Information about, and ordering the PASS Internet (information and orders): Information by phone: Paris Infos Mairie by dialling 3975 By mail to the following address: 15 boulevard Carnot F Paris. 20

The Parking Unit Price of the TU parking unit On January 1 st 2011 the price for the TU parking units is 1 Euro. Revision of the price of the TU parking unit The "TU" parking unit revised price will be calculated on November 1 st of each year n and applied on May 1 st of year n+1. The revised price for the parking unit for one year "n" is equal to I n x TUs o. It is rounded to the 2 nd greater decimal with: I n = 0, [0,59 ( S n /S o ) ( E02 n /E02 o ) ( FSD2 n /FSD2 o.) ] in which, S: the base index for salaries in Ile de France for the construction and public works sectors as published in the MONITEUR DES TRAVAUX PUBLICS (Monthly public works bulletin); E02 : the low voltage electricity index , published in the monthly INSEE (National institute of statistics) bulletin; FSD2 : the composite index for various products and services published in the MONITEUR DES TRAVAUX PUBLICS. Each of the three coefficients indexed "o" correspond respectively to each index published in November Each of the three coefficients indexed "n" correspond respectively to the last published index on November st of year n. The value of the coefficient n cannot be less than 1. If the value of the coefficient I calculated for year n+1 is less than the coefficient for year n, it is the coefficient for the year that will be applied. 21

Associated prices The price for each PASS and the price of the supplements are defined as the product of the number of units, as defined in this document, multiplied by the revised price of the "TU" parking unit. The prices thus revised will be rounded to the upper half-euro in the case of the "Occasional" PASS and to the upper tenth of a Euro in the other cases. Information Internet (information and orders): Information by phone: Paris Infos Mairie by dialling 3975 By mail to the following address: 15 boulevard Carnot F Paris. 22
