11 The Mercer Marketplace Benefits Enrollment Website Experience Things You Need To Know Before Enrolling This Annual Enrollment, you will enroll for the majority of your 2015 benefits through the new Mercer Marketplace benefits enrollment website. The following information is intended to assist you in enrolling. Before you enroll in your 2015 benefits, you will need to add any new dependents or remove any dependents that you no longer want to cover. Helpful Hint: You will be required to input a Social Security Number (SSN) for each dependent that you add. Please be sure to have this information readily available. The system will allow you to add a dependent younger than age 6 months without a SSN. If you want to enroll a dependent that is older than 6 months but that does not have an SSN (e.g., an adopted child), call the Employee Service Center at , any business day, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time (until 10 p.m. between October 27 and November 21, 2014) for assistance. Helpful Hint: The system allows you to enter a different address for each dependent. Don t bother, MMC does not capture or use this information. All dependents use the employee address in the system. Be sure to save your elections as you move through each section of the website. You will be automatically logged out of the website after 10 minutes of inactivity. 10
12 The Mercer Marketplace Benefits Enrollment Website Experience Things You Need To Know Before Enrolling (continued) Do not use the browser back button. If you do, you will be automatically logged out of the website and lose any information that was not saved. All employee costs displayed in the website reflect your applicable pay cycle (weekly or semi-monthly). You must complete the election process for all benefit plans in order to print your Employee Detail Report. Need help finding the best coverage? Helpful Hint: When completing the Best Match questionnaire, select only one response when radio buttons are displayed; square boxes allow you to select more than one response. Helpful Hint: Based on your answers to the questionnaire, the system will select one of the four medical plans as a Best Match. The system will always select the plan offered by Aetna, since it selects and lists the plans in alphabetical order by carrier. Please use the Negotiated Rate Compare Chart in the online 2015 Health and Benefits Enrollment Guide to decide which carrier offers the more favorable negotiated rates with health care providers in the state you live. 11
13 The Mercer Marketplace Benefits Enrollment Website Experience Things You Need To Know Before Enrolling (continued) Enrolling in 2015 medical coverage. Medical plan contributions shown in the website reflect the Standard, HealthyMe or Blended Medical Plan contribution rates, based on whether or not you and your spouse/domestic partner (if applicable) participated in Know Your Numbers. You can access a rate sheet on the online 2015 Health and Benefits Enrollment Guide. If you use the Plan Shopping App to compare medical plans and costs, the tool will not save any personalized information that you entered once you log out. Be sure to print any comparisons before logging out if you want this information for future reference. 12
14 The Mercer Marketplace Benefits Enrollment Website Experience Things You Need To Know Before Enrolling (continued) If you enroll in the $1,500 Deductible Plan or $2,500 Deductible Plan and want to contribute to an HSA: Helpful Hint: When entering the amount you want to contribute to an HSA, please enter a per paycheck amount. For example, if you want to contribute $1,500 for the year, enter $62.50 if you are paid bi-monthly or $28.84 if you are paid weekly. Helpful Hint: The system includes a start and end date for your HSA contributions, and defaults to a January 15, 2015 start date and a December 30, 2015 end date. This feature does not apply to MMC s benefit plans; therefore, do not change these dates. What will be deducted from your paycheck: The system will annualize the contribution amount you entered based on your paycheck cycle (x52 if you are paid weekly or x24 if you are paid semi-monthly). If you did not have a Health Care FSA in 2014, the system will divide that number by 24 if paid semi-monthly or 52 if paid weekly. This amount will be deducted from each paycheck, beginning with your first paycheck in If you had a Health Care FSA in 2014, the system will divide that amount by 18 if paid semi-monthly or 39 if paid weekly. This amount will be deducted from each paycheck, beginning with the first paycheck after April 1,
15 The Mercer Marketplace Benefits Enrollment Website Experience Things You Need To Know Before Enrolling (continued) Enrolling in an FSA for Helpful Hint: When entering the amount you want to contribute to an FSA, please enter an annual amount. If you elect to contribute to an HSA for 2015, when you go to the Health FSA screen you are making an election for a Limited Purpose Health Care FSA. You can only use dollars that you contribute to a Limited Purpose FSA to reimburse yourself for qualified vision and dental expenses. Your Employee Detail Report will not specify that your Health Care FSA contribution is a Limited Purpose FSA. Enrolling in Bonus Long Term Disability. Each year MMC conducts a mid-year enrollment for the Bonus Long Term Disability Plan, with coverage effective July 1. If you want to elect Bonus Long Term Disability for 2015, you must elect coverage through the Mercer Marketplace benefits enrollment website during the 2015 Health and Benefits Annual Enrollment period. We will no longer have a mid-year enrollment period, and Evidence of Insurability will be required to elect coverage at any other time during the year. 14
16 The Mercer Marketplace Benefits Enrollment Website Experience Things You Need To Know Before Enrolling (continued) If you have made an initial election for the FSAs, HSA, Optional Long Term Disability or Bonus Long Term Disability plans, and you want to make a change to any of your initial elections, you will need to follow these steps: Click View/Edit Information Click Decline Coverage Click Save Click View/Edit Information again Select the Plan Enter New Election or Coverage Amount Click Save again Be sure to review and print your Employee Detail Report to confirm your elections. 15

You must designate a beneficiary for life, accident, voluntary AD&D, and business travel accident. Please have the Social Security Numbers available for any beneficiaries that you want to designate since this information is required by the system. Beneficiary designations will not be included on the confirmation statement mailed to your home. Be sure to print your Employee Detail Report so that you have a record of your beneficiary designations. If you have any questions when enrolling, please call the Employee Service Center at , any business day, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time (until 10 p.m. between October 27 and November 21, 2014). 16
18 Enrolling for 2015 Health and Benefits Coverage Take Action October 27 to November 21 Use the 2015 Health and Benefits Enrollment Guide accessible via Colleague Connect. This online guide has information on your 2015 benefit choices, including a detailed explanation of the plan options, provisions, and medical plan contribution rates. Log into the Mercer Marketplace benefits enrollment website accessible via Colleague Connect. On the website, you will find your personalized information along with online interactive decision making tools and an informative video library. Log into the Voluntary Benefits website via Colleague Connect. On the website you can enroll in a variety of MMC-sponsored benefits such as the Legal Assistance Plan, and non-mmc-sponsored voluntary offerings such as Choice Auto and Home Insurance. From Colleague Connect, go to the Take Note section in the upper right hand corner, select the 2015 Health and Benefits Annual Enrollment, and then click the Mercer Marketplace benefits enrollment website or Voluntary Benefits website link. 17

Mercer Voluntary Benefits website: The website includes tools to help you with your insurance and investment needs, and provides a link to MetLife s GVUL website.
