Camp Goodtimes East Free week-long residential camp for children ages 7-17 who have or have had cancer. Camp is located at Ross Point Camp, Post Falls, ID. A program of the American Cancer Society. After the purchase, veterans will have more choices of adventures they want to pursue. The Billings office serves all of Montana. Camp STIX Diabetes Program , P.O. Carroll College Summer Gifted Institute , 1601 North Benton, Helena, MT An in-residence program (one week in July) for gifted students entering grades 5-9 in the fall. It challenges the students academic potentials and provides opportunities for social development. Has workshops, classes and activities with adults and peers. First Descents Cancer Camps , 767 Santa Fe Drive, Denver, CO Offers young adult cancer fighters and survivors (ages 18-39) a free week-long outdoor adventure experience designed to enable them to climb, paddle and surf beyond their diagnosis, defy their cancer, reclaim their lives and connect with others doing the same. All meals, accommodations and program activities are provided free of charge, including travel scholarships, when needed. Camps are held in several states, including Montana. Flathead CARE Kids Camp , 124 Third Avenue East, P.O. Box 370, Kalispell, MT A leadership camp held in the summer for students entering 7th or 8th grade in the fall. Provides training in developing leadership and alternatives to using alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. Scholarships are available. Flathead Lake Distance Running Camp , P.O. Box 8494, Kalispell, MT The 4-day camp includes morning and afternoon runs. Includes educational opportunities to learn all about different aspects of running. Open to all distance runners who will be entering grades 9-12 in the fall. Flathead Lake Music Camp , P.O.
