6 EU Higher Education Programmes ERASMUS MUNDUS App. 75 scholarships yearly for Russian students to participate in Erasmus Mundus Master and PhD courses 6 ongoing mobility projects with Russia, involving more than 34 Russian and 25 European HEI and providing up to 1000 individual mobility flows Participation of German HEI in all partnerships Coordination of 3 partnerships by German HEI 6

7 Tempus German-Russian cooperation Tempus key integration tool 270 universities in RF involved in the Tempus programme since 1994 German HEIs one of the most active Tempus participants: 115 projects since 1990 Tempus has contributed to the modernisation of higher education in terms of the development of unified curricula: 74% of HE institutions in RF who have participated in Tempus attribute positive developments in the curricula changes to the Tempus programme. 7
