2 Posting Your BluWave Appointments to Your Calendar Software Configuration: If you use a LOCAL Calendaring program such as MS Outlook, Lotus Notes, Entourage 2008 and Outlook 2011 for Mac or any other.ics or Icalendar compliant calendaring program. BluWave crm can automatically post your appointments into your local Calendar. Each user can specify if he would like his BluWave crm appointments posted to his Calendar. If this function is activated by the user then your customer can also be invited (he will receive an ed invitation). At booking time the user can elect NOT to invite the customer. Configuring Google Chrome Web Browser to Allow Saving of Appointments In order to set up Google Chrome Web browser to allow you to integrate BluWave crm to your calendar you will need to change some settings on the browser as follows: 1. Click on Google settings on the right hand side- spanner icon and select options from this menu. 2. click on Under The Hood on the Left panel. 5 Booking a New Appointment Step 1: Each User to Activate the Posting of Calendar Appointments Feature in his user profile Under the Edit My Profile Menu of the System Setup Tab : Activate the posting of appointments to your calendar here BluWave CRM cost-effectively, closing sales in the cloud Page 5 of 12

6 Step 2: Complete a New Appointment Form Invite Contact? this option defaults to On. If on the system will send an appointment invitation to your customer that he can accept into his calendar software supports most clients including MS Outlook, Lotus Notes, Gmail and any other. If you do not wish to send an appointment invitation to your customer then uncheck this box. Task? Please note that if you indicate that this activity is a Task, the system will NOT post this activity to your calendar. This check box should NOT be checked if you wish to post an appointment. 8 Click Download Meeting Request Step 4: Save the Appointment into your Calendar Click on this appointment button to Open or save this file? Click OPEN to save to your calendar. Do You want Step 5: Accept the Meeting BluWave CRM cost-effectively, closing sales in the cloud Page 8 of 12

10 Appointment Invitation ed to the Customer If you had checked the invite customer check box then your customer will receive the following from you. Your customer can click on the attached Calendar file to accept the appointment into any.ics compliant calendar program including MS Outlook Calendar, Lotus Notes Calendar, Gmail Calendar etc. Editing BluWave CRM Appointments also Edits your Calendar Appointment If you edit your appointment in BluWave, the system will edit your appointment in your local calendar you will have to download the adjustment and accept it as you did when booking the appointment.
