1 RESERVATIONLESS-PLUS Feature Detail Reservationless-Plus allows you to access a conference call at a moment s notice. Whether you have weekly recurring meetings or you are organizing a last minute meeting, Reservationless-Plus offers many features to ensure your call is a success! Feature Name Auto Continuation Allow participants to stay on the conference call without your attendance. The conference will end once the last participant disconnects. *8 Auto Record Automatically record all of your calls without prompting to start a recording via your telephone keypad and eliminate the ability for anyone within your conference to stop the recording. Caller ID Displays your number when you start a meeting as it is provisioned in InterCall s internal system. If this feature is not enabled in InterCall s system, a bridge specific number will display. Conference Breakdown Prevent your conference calls that have not been disconnected properly from continuing indefinitely by ending your conference once it has reached a set duration and number of participants limit. Conference Code- Level Custom Greeting** Your company can set up a custom greeting to play after participants enter the conference code. Company via custom request. INFO@INTERCALL.COM INTERCALL.COM
2 Conference Entry Mode Prior to participants joining your call, select one of the following entry mode options: Unmuted All participants have the standard talk privileges (same as the current default mode). Group Mute Participants are joined as muted, but have the ability to unmute their individual lines to speak. Intercall Lecture Mode Participants are joined as muted and do not have the ability to unmute their individual lines to speak. Conference Screening Conduct pre-call screening to disconnect or move individual participants/groups of participants from the music on hold room without having to disconnect or move everyone. If enabled, all participants are automatically placed on hold with music (audio and web) until the leader unlocks the conference. Custom/Branded Greetings** Record a custom welcome message that is played to all your participants who join your conference using your dedicated dial-in numbers. Dedicated toll-free and toll dial-in number via custom request. Custom Entry To quickly enter your conference, turn specified prompts off that are played prior to being placed into your conference. Dial-Out Directly from your conference, you are able to dial-out to domestic participants and bring them into your call or you can contact the operator to dial-out to international participants. *1 Disconnect Grace Period Provides a grace period allowing you to rejoin your conference in the event Auto Continuation is disabled and you have disconnected. Dual Passcode Eliminates the need to enter a leader PIN to start your conference. You will be provided with a 10-digit leader conference code to start your conference and your participants are provided with a participant conference code to join your conference. 3 Entry Announcement Limit Reduce the number of entry tones played when your call has started. Quick Start must be disabled and more than five to ten participants are on music hold. Entry/Exit Options Decide how your participants are announced when they join or leave the conference call. Choose from the following options: tone, name announce, name and tone, or silence. In addition, you can set your participant entry/exit announcement different than your announcement as the call leader. *3 Force Disconnect Clear your conference by disconnecting all participants from your call while you stay connected. This feature is useful when you have scheduled back-to-back meetings. #99 Group Mute/Unmute Silence all participants lines by pressing a keypad command on your telephone. Group mute/unmute helps reduce background noise and limits interruptions during your conference. *5 / #5 Inter-Digit Timer Gives you the option to set an inter-digit timer from 0 to 30 seconds to wait in between digits when entering a telephone keypad command (i.e., leader PIN). Currently, this is set to 8 seconds. International Dialing Expand your global reach with InterCall s international conferencing solutions. We offer five methods to connect your international participants to your conference call, including links through our international call centers, toll and toll-free access numbers, a dial-out option, or a permanent dial-in number. 4 Leader Express Entry Start your conference in one easy step by consecutively entering your conference code followed by * and your leader PIN followed by #. Leader Name and Record Save When entry/exit name announce is enabled, choose whether to record your name one time and have your recorded name saved or record your name each time you start a conference. Leader PIN Expiration For security purposes, a leader PIN is required to start your Reservationless-Plus conference call. Your account can be provisioned to allow you to change your leader PIN via your telephone keypad. Your account can also be enabled with the expiration feature that forces you to change your leader PIN at regular intervals (selected by your organization in terms of days; minimum 30/maximum 365) at midnight from the date your leader PIN was created. Internal systems. Leader Smart Entry Store a phone number so when you dial in from that number to start your conference, our system will recognize the number and join you to your conference without inputting your conference code and leader PIN. to activate, must dial into a conference from required phone, access leader account menu and enter required phone number. Leave and Join a Conference Your participants have the ability to leave the conference they are attending and join a new conference without hanging up and redialing the same dial-in number. #2 Lecture Mode Mute all participants during your conference to reduce background noise. Participants will not have the capability to unmute their lines, allowing you to deliver your message uninterrupted. *51 / #51 Lock/Unlock Lock your conference call to prevent additional participants from joining the call, with the exception of dialing out. *7 / #7 Mass Notifications Send mass push notifications and/or SMS messages to all end users under one account when an InterCall end user or enhanced participant starts a meeting. The push notification and/or SMS message will include INFO@INTERCALL.COM INTERCALL.COM
5 the end user s name (as stored in InterCall s internal system) that started the meeting. Mobile Apps Control and access your meetings while on the road from your iphone, Android phone or BlackBerry. download now. Mobile Application Password Adds the option to provision a mandatory or optional application password to use MobileMeet. Multiple Leaders Have multiple leaders on your conference call, allowing them to have access to all leader controls. When provisioned, the leader prompts will play for ALL callers. When a participant enters the leader PIN, they will be placed into the conference as a leader with full leader controls. Manage your conferencing account online with our customer portal, InterCall Online, at From InterCall Online you can update your profile and account settings, view your invoices and create reports. In addition, you can schedule and start your meetings. Use Call Manager, InterCall s free online meeting tool for our Reservationless-Plus service. Call Manager is an application for your desktop available for download or to run in your browser putting you in control of all aspects of your meeting including scheduling, participant management and security. Online Account Management Online Call Management download now. Operator Assistance At any time after your call has started, you can request an operator simply by pressing *0 to join your conference for assistance or 00 to speak to the operator privately. *0 / 00 Participant Count Announcement Plays a prompt into the caller s line to inform them what number participant they are as they are joining your meeting. Participant Identification Add another level of security, by being prompted to enter a personal participant ID (owner number) after entering your conference code. 6 Personal Greeting** Record a personal message for your participants to hear when joining your conference or request a professionally recorded file. Phone Commands Control your conference with a touch of a button on your telephone keypad. You have the ability to mute lines, lock the conference, request operator assistance and much more. ** Post-Conference s** Keep an attendance roster of your participants with an record of which participants were on the phone and/or web. Also, keep track of your total conferencing minutes to anticipate your call s budget. Owner via InterCall Online or Primary/Secondary Language A user can now assign a secondary language of all prompts and commands within the conference for participants. When activated, participants will receive an additional prompt to select a desired language. If no selection is made, the default language for the user is utilized for that participant. Private Participant Count Privately announces the number of participants on the conference call at any participants request. *# Project Accounting Codes (PAC) Project Accounting Codes (PAC) Minimum/Maximum, Alternative Prompts Become more efficient when charging back for billable hours by using PAC Codes. They are ideal for attorneys, consultants and other professionals who track projects by cost center. We can capture your expense center, department or location, and the information will appear on your monthly invoice. You can establish a minimum/maximum number of digits required and provide up to twelve different prompts to play prior to entering the PAC value. Project Accounting Codes (PAC) Change Update your PAC value during your conference from within the account management menu or after the conference has ended online at INFO@INTERCALL.COM INTERCALL.COM
7 Quality Case Maker Allows you to automatically create an online quality request by using your telephone keypad, without interrupting your on-going meeting. Press *44 on your telephone keypad to automatically create a trouble ticket online, assigning it to a quality agent for review and resolution, without any interruption during your meeting. *44 Company via InterCall internal systems. Prior approval is required. Quick Start Select Quick Start to immediately begin the conference call by allowing participants to enter the conference without a leader and start speaking before the call officially begins. Record & Playback Digitally record your Reservationless-Plus call for participants who were unable to attend or for participants who would like to listen to the conference call again. For easy, 24/7 availability, the recording can be accessed on the internet or by dialing a toll-free number. You may also purchase a CD, a downloadable link and/or a transcription of your recording. *2 Record Pause/Resume Pause your recording in progress and then resume the recording when you are ready to continue. This is ideal for long conferences where a ten to fifteen minute break may occur and silence during the playback is not wanted. *2 Return to Leader Account Menu Allows you to return to the leader account menu after you have started your call to change your default feature settings. #64 Roll Call Prompt participants to record their name as they join the conference call. Any time during the conference, names can be replayed privately to any conference participant. *4 INFO@INTERCALL.COM INTERCALL.COM
8 Security Passcode Provide an added level of security for your Reservationless-Plus conference by having greater control over who joins your conference. You can select and distribute the security passcode for every conference you host. You also have the ability to add a security passcode to an active conference by returning to the leader account menu. Security Passcode Waiting Room Participants will be placed in the waiting room on hold with music until the security code entered matches the security code entered by the call leader for that conference. Self Mute/Unmute Allow participants to silence their own lines by pressing a keypad command on their telephones. Self mute/unmute reduces background noise from cell phones, speaker phones, etc. Ability to toggle between the mute/unmute states by pressing *6. *6 / *6 *6 / #6 SMS Message Alerts** Receive an actionable SMS message to your mobile phone when your participants are waiting for your conference to start. Owner via InterCall internal systems. Soundboard Play a pre-determined sound clip into your conference using a telephone keypad command. Streaming Service Adds UnisFair streaming service to be available within the Reservationless-Plus call flow, allowing you to utilize your owner profile and conference code. By streaming a conference, you can be on the same call as participants connected to the meeting via audio. Sub-conference Allow pre-selected guests to join a private discussion during your conference call. 9 Third-Party Conference Start As a participant, bypass the hold music and start the conference as the leader if your leader is running late or unable to host your call at the last minute. Please note you must be under the same company number to ensure security of your account and meetings. 11 Turn Music on Hold On/Off While Waiting for Meeting to Begin By using your telephone keypad, turn music on hold off by pressing *60 and on by pressing *61. *60 / *61 Voice Mail Participants from your waiting room can leave you a recorded message. VoIP (Voice over IP) via Only WiFi Provides the option to disable VoIP usage over a carrier network when used with MobileMeet (InterCall s mobile app for iphones and Android phones), making VoIP limited to an active WiFi connection only. Waiting Room Have your participants placed on music hold until you are ready for them to join the conference call.
