4 Overview CACI vendor for audio conference services from InterCall, the world's largest conferencing and collaboration services provider specializing in conference communications. InterCall audio conferencing includes: Audio Conferencing Web Conferencing InterCall has a team of over 500 meeting consultants, and employs more than 1500 operators, customer service representatives, call supervisors, accounting, marketing and IT professionals They serve over 400,000 individual conference leaders in more than 40,000 organizations around the globe with our range of audio, web and video conferencing services 4 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

5 Accessing InterCall From Internet Explorer go to The InterCall page provides links to: Audio Conferencing Web Conferencing Training Account Request 5 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

6 Requesting an Account Click the Request an Account button on the Home Page (any CACI employee can set up an account) Fill in all of the required fields including the Org code which will be billed for conferencing services. (Your Org code can be found in the Business Information Gateway (BIG) under Who's Who Reports) Project String / General Ledger (GL) can be used if the service is billable. (Use the Project String / GL that is associated with the contract) If you host weekly recurring meetings or organize a last minute meeting select the Reservationless-Plus conferencing option. (When setting up your account, this option is recommended if a majority of your meeting participants is under 300 attendees Operator Assisted services are used for meeting with participants over 300 attendees. Select this option if a majority of your meeting participants is over 300 attendees Click the button at the bottom of the window You will receive a response within 24 hours of submission 6 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

7 Logging Into Your Online Account Your welcome will include an Owner Number, web Personal Identification Number (PIN), a toll Free Access Number, a Conference Code and a leader PIN Go to the InterCall homepage to access your account Click on 7 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

8 Logging Into Your Online Account cont You will be prompted to enter your Owner Number and Web Pin After clicking you will be able to create your unique username and password You will receive a confirmation on the screen that you have successfully created your new username and password Return to the Home page and enter your new username and password in the Returning User box You will be directed to your personal welcome page that lists the services available to you 8 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

11 Reservationless-Plus SM Reservationless-Plus SM provides on-demand conferencing allowing you to initiate a conference 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without the need to make a reservation. Holding a conference call is as simple as dialing a permanent number and entering a conference code Standard options include: Record & Playback (additional charges may apply) - Record your conference call for participants who were unable to attend your meeting or those who would like to listen again Call Transcription - is a feature where the call is transcribed for audio to text and delivered via , fax or paper with diskette (additional charge applies) Individual and Group Mute/Unmute Leaders can choose to mute or unmute individual participants or everyone on the conference call Operator assistance if needed -Provides the services of a personal operator 11 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

12 Scheduling a Reservationless-Plus Conference Log into InterCall using /caci/ From the home page select Select and the dial-in number(s) to be used on the reservation Click 12 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

15 Starting a Reservationless-Plus Conference After scheduling your meeting send participants the toll free access number and the conference code At the meeting Start Time: Call the toll free Access Number Enter your Conference Code Press the * Key Enter your Leader PIN Press 1 to start the conference If you choose to record the call Press *2 to start the recording and *2 again to stop the recording 15 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

16 Retrieving Your Recorded Calls Record & Playback digitally records your Reservationless- Plus conference call for participants who: Were unable to attend Or for those who would like to listen to it again The recording can be accessed on the Internet or by dialing a toll-free number From the home page click on from the toolbar Select the tab A list of your recorded calls will be displayed Your recorded calls will be available for 30 days 16 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

17 Playback Your Recorded Calls To listen to the recorded conference via phone, participants should dial the numbers below and enter the Playback ID number US/Canada International To listen to a recorded call over the internet select the next to the Playback ID Click To download your recording, click 17 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

19 Purchasing a Copy of Your Recorded Calls You may also purchase a CD, extend your playback duration or order a transcription of your recording Click on the link and select your option then click Fill out the Order Form and click 19 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

20 Operator Assisted InterCall's Operator Assisted service combines personal touch with feature-rich conferencing service. Expert Operators manage all the details Many options are available to record, broadcast, schedule and administer your meetings This service is normally used when conference participants exceed 300 attendees When scheduling your meeting online select Operator Assisted from the Audio Option box Available Features include: Entry Modes Participants can either be placed directly into a call by an operator or they can be placed on hold with music until the Leader joins the conference Communication Line - Allows the Leader to communicate privately with the operator and/or additional personnel outside of the main conference in a separate communication line Participants List - Allows the leader to create a list of participants that will be joining an operator assisted call before the meeting. This is a commonly used security feature that ensures that only invited participants are allowed into the conference Roll Call - Operator recites the names of participants who are in the conference Dial-Out to Participant - Leaders can choose to have the operator dial out to the participant 20 Learning & Development CACI Proprietary Information

21 International Options Four options are available: International Toll-Free Service (ITFS) ITFS provides your international participants with toll-free access into a U.S. conference International Dial-Out A U.S. Operator dials-out to your international participants and connects them to the conference International Toll Dial-In International participants dial a standard U.S. telephone number to join the conference International Links Participants dial into a call center in their region of the world at the designated date and time. An international InterCall Operator links participants to the U.S. conference *Rates vary based on individual country.
