1 Relationship One AppCloud HOW TO GUIDE: Lead Capture App APP OVERVIEW No more hand-typing of business cards, renting event badge scanners or missing lead lists from sales team members Capture leads using technology that is already at your finger tips Our Lead Capture App makes it easy for sales to submit clean lead data into Eloqua in a matter of seconds, via their mobile device or , resulting in tremendous benefits for sales and marketing APP INSTALLATION The Relationship One Lead Capture App does not need to be installed within your Eloqua instance for use Just click on the New Configuration button to set up a new lead capture configuration APP CONFIGURATION Step 1: Sign In to the Relationship One AppCloud If you are not already done so, please log into the Relationship One AppCloud You will find this cloud app in the Apps section appsrelationshiponecom

2 Step 2: Complete the Lead Capture App Basic Settings To create a new app configuration, click on the New Configuration button Next, provide a cloud app configuration Name and, if you like, a Description Select the desired Eloqua User you want to use for this App configuration The Capture Code field will generate your unique lead capture address This code must be unique, if you select a code that is not unique you will be prompted to try again You will use this address for any lead submissions, either via a mobile scanning app or via an client For example, if your Capture Code is myleads then your capture address will be myleads@r1lcacom If you haven t added your Eloqua Credentials, you can do so within the My Eloqua Credentials section under your user settings appsrelationshiponecom

3 Once you have selected your Eloqua User credentials, click the Save button Step 3: Complete the Lead Capture App Configuration Settings Click on the Configuration menu option You will need to select your desired Eloqua form that will be used to capture lead submissions Optionally, if this is a shared form, you can specify the Eloqua Campaign ID field Once you have completed all of the required fields, click the Save button to save your settings appsrelationshiponecom

4 Step 4: Add Desired Fields Click on the Mapping menu option The Lead Capture App uses the vcard 30 format That means, any sent to your lead capture address with a vcard attachment will get processed The mapping page is where you define what lead capture fields should be submitted to your lead capture form Your options include vcard, (sender) and Static fields: appsrelationshiponecom

6 Step 6: Enable Your App When you are ready to enable your configuration, click on the Enable menu option, click the Enable Configuration checkbox and click the Save button Congratulations! Your Relationship One Lead Capture App cloud app has now been configured Happy lead capturing CAPTURING LEADS There are number of ways to submit leads to your Lead Capture address We ve outlined a few options below Capturing Leads Via You can have team members or third parties submit leads to your Lead Capture app configuration simply by ing your Lead Capture unique address with one or more attached vcards The Lead Capture app will process each vcard attachment as a separate submission Depending on your field mapping, you can also capture the sender s address, subject and message body appsrelationshiponecom

7 Capturing Leads Via Mobile Scanner App An efficient way to process business card leads is to use an app for your mobile device, such as WorldCard, to scan and submit business card leads to your Lead Capture address We ve highlighted a sample app below Step 1: Scan Business Card Step 2: Verify Information Most business card scanning apps allow you to verify the scanned information as well as add additional notes that can be submitted to your Lead Capture address appsrelationshiponecom

8 Step 3: Send Lead Typically, mobile apps will allow you to send the resulting scanned business card as vcard (vcf) attachment via appsrelationshiponecom

9 Submit Your Mobile Contacts Submit leads from from your mobile contact or address book with just a couple clicks We ve outlined how to do this with an iphone, but the process is pretty much the same for any mobile device Step 1: Search For Your Contact Open your iphone address book and search for the desired contact Step 2: Share Contact Select Share Contact to attach your record as a vcard to an and send to your Lead Capture address appsrelationshiponecom
