2 Brand managers oversee the promotion, sales and the overall image of a branded product or service.

3 He or she controls every aspect of the brand, from marketing and advertising campaigns to production decisions and sales strategies.

4 The primary task of a brand manager is to promote a brand and improve the way customers and potential clients see the products and service offered by the organization.

5 Brand Manager s Work Flow A brand manager would have to collaborate with employees from different departments including marketing, sales and product designers.

6 He or she would have to carry out an extensive market research to figure out what would be a realistic approach to improve the brand.

7 Market research involves: Demographic sampling, Statistical and Creation of test markets.

8 Brand managers work closely with advertising teams and design effective advertising campaigns, social networking and other online campaigns.
