4 Strengthsfinder In 2001, Gallup introduced the world to the original Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment in Now, Discover Your Strengths. The book became a New York Times bestseller and sold nearly 2 million copies. Its author and creator of the Clifton StrengthsFinder, former Gallup chairman Dr. Donald O. Clifton ( ), was named the Father of Strengths-Based Psychology by the American Psychological Association.

5 Strengthsfinder Strengths are the unique combination of talents, knowledge, and skills that every person possesses. But most people don t know what their strengths are or have the opportunity to use them to their advantage. People who do focus on their strengths every day are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs. And they are more than three times as likely to say they have an excellent quality of life.

6 DiSC DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. DiSC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences. The initial DiSC model comes from Dr. William Marston, a professor at Columbia University in the 1920s, who was curious about the behavior of normal people.

17 Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Favorite world: Do you prefer to focus on the outer world or on your own inner world? This is called Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I). Information: Do you prefer to focus on the basic information you take in or do you prefer to interpret and add meaning? This is called Sensing (S) or Intuition (N). Decisions: When making decisions, do you prefer to first look at logic and consistency or first look at the people and special circumstances? This is called Thinking (T) or Feeling (F). Structure: In dealing with the outside world, do you prefer to get things decided or do you prefer to stay open to new information and options? This is called Judging (J) or Perceiving (P).
