10 Preparing Shop Drawings For many years our comprehensive and detailed Shop drawings have provided our clients with accurate and well-coordinated shop drawings using the latest software, to ensure that our clients will be provided with well-detailed shop drawings properly coordinated with the remaining construction or remodeling phases, based on our deep experience. Project Management and Planning Our Project Management teams are the up-holders of Art Line. Due to their unlimited creativity, we have reached a level of great success in the designing and building of Major Projects. We treat and manage each project as a unique endeavor, utilizing our vast experience by conducting value engineering techniques, applying strict Quality Assurance and Control protocols and exercising Project Management best practices to make sure that our clients projects will be handed over on time with the highest quality and within the most competitive budget.

11 Comprehensive review and study of the project s elements, activities, components, logistics, partners, financials and all stakeholders requirements, where the deliverable will be a detailed Breakdown of the project which is properly allocated with the suitable resources, suppliers and sub-contractors in connection with all the required engineering inputs and QA/QC measures to assure the quality and consistency of all the products. The major Risk factors/activities, long lead items, generic method statement, critical path activities and cash flow curve are all taken into consideration during this stage. The proper conduction of this stage leads to a proper Master Work Schedule, which is communicated with the client for further assurance and solid partnership. Manufacturing Stage Throughout our years of experience, we have achieved multiple partnerships and worked closely with lots of manufacturers all over the world. We don t deal with editors and suppliers; instead we end up partnering with manufacturers rather than retailers in order to foucus on every single detail in manufacturing process. This continuous communication with suppliers, manufacturers and clients guarantees the highest quality services for the project. We also make sure to attend most of the exhibitions in order to enrich our knowledge with the latest products, and technologies and stay up-to-date in this dynamic world. Now we are dealing with many international shipping agencies that have a global network of agents to ensure that no delays will occur that might affect the time frames and deadlines of the projects we are working on. KSA Riyadh Client: Al Khozama Management Company Al Faisaliah Hotel is Located in the heart of Riyadh s business and commercial district of Olaya, with easy access to high-end shopping. With total of 228 luxury rooms and suites, meeting rooms, Board room, and restaurants. It offers some of the finest dining in Riyadh. Scope of Work: Is renovation of the rooms and public areas including Demolition works, Civil Works, Architectural works, ID works, MEP Works.

16 Saraya s W Amman Hotel & Tower. Jordan Amman Client: Saraya Abdali Real Estate Investment PSC Saraya s W Amman hotel and tower is a mixed-use 37-Story tower that sits on a multilevel podium. The tower comprises a five star luxury hotel W that will be operated by Starwood hotels and resorts. Scope of Work: Fit-Out and FF&E for the Guest Rooms, Lift Lobby and Corridor.

17 St Regis - Al Maabar Mixed Used Development Jordan Amman Client: Al Maabar Abdoun Real Estate Development Company The Project is located in the heart of Amman city center Abdoun, with total built-up areas 86,000 sqm. Art Line The ID Contractor would be executing the complete works of Engineering, Procurement and Construction of all Finishing, Fit-out and FF&E works for the entire project areas which contains: St. Regis Hotel with 16 stories comprising 260 luxuriously appointed guest rooms including 86 suites. Residence Apartment with 17 stories comprising 79 private residence including 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms units, in addition to duplexes sky villas Podium with 5 stories comprising Hotel entrance & rotunda, main reception, 4 restaurants, lobby & tea lounge,, lift lobby & corridors, executive lounge, VIP lounge, ballroom & pre-function, meeting & board rooms, SPA, family room, rest rooms, fitness centers, guest rooms public circulation, library and screening room.

18 Rotana Hotel Jordan Amman Client: Emirates Tourism Located in a strategically prominent landmark at the Abdali Development District is Rotana s 5 star hotel compromising of 420 keys accommodated in 50 floors of the hotel tower at 188 m high. In addition to the fundamentals of any 5 star hotel an exquisite ballroom and administration offices with back of house facilities, technical service facilities as well as parking for cars allocated in 7 basement floors. Scope of Work: Supply and install the Loose Furniture works.
