1 H10 Hotels completely renovates the H10 Villa de la Reina in Madrid H10 Hotels has fully refurbished its hotel on Gran Vía making it into a Boutique Hotel. Barcelona, 31 July The hotel, located at number 22 on Gran Vía, is housed in a majestic building dating from the early 20th century, having retained the façade and some of the features of the original building. Its recent refurbishment has converted it into a Boutique Hotel, a charming hotel that is perfect for guests seeking comfort and tranquillity during their stay in the bustling city of Madrid.

2 During 2015, the entire hotel has been renovated under the direction of the prestigious interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, who has refurbished the entire hotel with a design that combines both modern and classical touches, with the aim of highlighting the building s beauty and bringing warmth into each area of the hotel. A welcoming library with a wide variety of books available to all guests has been incorporated into the lobby and bar area on the ground floor. Huge wrought iron light fittings dominate the space and run down the entire length of the lobby together with the building s original stone columns. Large velvet armchairs, soft rugs and a grand fireplace dress the room in a spectacular manner. Lastly, the old stone staircase leads to an old-fashioned lift made of iron and wood that is still in use today.

3 Rooms: The establishment s 74 rooms have also been fully refurbished in a design that uses light tones and exquisite materials, including leather headboards, wooden furniture and cupboards and doors adorned with wooden panelling. Like the chain s other Boutique Hotels, the rooms at the H10 Villa de la Reina are equipped with all kinds of amenities, such as Nespresso coffee machines, mineral water, bathrobes and slippers. Some of the rooms also feature views of Madrid s Gran Vía. Superior Room Dining options: Lastly, the Las Infantas Restaurant has also been renovated in a very modern, bright and spacious design, reminiscent of a home kitchen. The restaurant offers guests a full range of breakfast options with more than 60 different high-quality products.
