1 Riviera Classic 23km Race Display «Riviera Classic» on a larger map. The Riviera Classic will be held on Sunday March 13th, This race is keeping the originality of the Marathon of Monaco and the Riviera going through three countries: Italy, France, and the Principality of Monaco. START The start of the RIVIERA CLASSIC will be given at 09h45 on Ventimiglia seaside, next to the train station. THE COURSE The course fully protected and closed to car circulation, will go along the coast and will offer an amazing view on the Mediterranean Sea. On a distance of 23.8 kms, runners will meet 2 major difficulties; at the end of the first kilometer going around the old town of Ventimiglia, and the Cap Martin at km 14 in the city of Roquebrune Cap Martin. FINISH The finish will be judged on the Quai Albert 1er in the center of the Principality next to the access to the train station, with a view on the super yachts of the Hercule Harbour. The limit time for the race is 2h45. REFRESHMENTS There are 4 refreshments points on the course at the km5, km10, km15, km20 in addition of the one after the finish line. Also, 3 sponges points will be at km 7.5, km 12.5, km BIBS COLLECT It will be possible on Sunday morning from 7h30 to 9h30, at the start in Ventimiglia to pick up your bib number. Nevertheless it is strongly advised to go pick it up on Saturday 12th at the running expo to avoid any issue the morning of the race.

2 TRANSPORTATION: BY TRAIN - TIME TABLE 2016 will be available in December To travel without trouble between Monaco and Ventimiglia, TER trains from SNCF will be the best option. IMPORTANT: With your bib number, pick up on Saturday March 12th during the running expo, you will have free transport on TER SNCF between Monaco and Ventimiglia on Sunday 13th. Corso Limone Piemonte -Parking normally used on market day and 5 minutes away from the train station and the startline. START The start of the Riviera Classic will be done from the sea side of Ventimiglia at 9.45 a.m. Time limit of this race is 2hours 45 min. Eliminatory split times will have to be respected. 4 NON PARTICIPATION INSURANCE Cancelation insurance (+5.00 ) enables an entire refund of the inscriptions fees in case you cannot participate. A simple written demand is required. The latter should arrive (mail, postage, fax) before the beginning of the running expo. Non licensed runner should have a medical certificate (French, Italian or English version only)mentioning they are apt to run in competitions, the certificate must be dated for less than a year prior the race. A photocopy is also accepted. BAGS A bag shall be handed out on Sunday morning, for runners on the start line. Vans will bring back the bags to the finish area BIB DISTRIBUTION The Bibs will be handed out during the Running Expo on Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon between 1.00pm and 7.00pm Sunday morning on the start line. No bibs will be sent via post. To know your bib number, see the list of participants PAYMENT All inscriptions should have the payment attached. In order to pay by Credit Card: on the form indicate : 16 digit code, expiry date and the 3 digit code on the back of the card. AWARDS The first three runners of each category will receive an award. Prize giving will be near the finish line, as of a.m.. All runners will receive a medal on the finish line. The next edition of the 10Km of Monte-Carlo will be held on Sunday, March 13 th, 2016 START The start will be given at am at the Quai Albert 1er, near the harbor of Monaco, and next to the train station. THE COURSE The course fully protected and closed to car circulation- will go along the roads of the Principality. The highest point being at only 15 mt. on the Bd. of Larvotto, the course is really fast, and exactly measured. FINISH The finish will be judged on the Quai Albert 1er in the center of the Principality next to the access to the train station, with a view on the super yachts of the Hercule Harbour. REFRESHMENTS There will be a refreshments point on the course with water and sugar at K5 and on the finish line. BIBS COLLECT It will be possible on Sunday morning from 7h30 am to pick up your bib number at the start.
