WEDDING VENUES The resort offers beautifully appointed venues for life s most memorable occasion. THE BALLROOM FOR YOUR ONE&ONLY If you ve always dreamed of a Grand White Wedding, the Ballroom is the ideal venue. It is a large, versatile venue that can accommodate from 50 to 120 people for a breakfast, lunch or dinner Wedding Reception, including a dance floor (maximum 150 guests without a dance floor, excluding chair hire.) Cocktail Wedding celebrations can be held for up to 250 people. ISOLA ISLAND DREAM Isola is a breath of fresh air for any Wedding. Hidden away on its own private island, surrounded by calming waterways, lush island palms, and the resort s infinity pool, this all-weather poolside venue can accommodate from 20 to 50 people with a dance floor and is available for breakfast, lunch or dinner Wedding Receptions (maximum 60 guests without a dance floor). Cocktail Wedding receptions for up to 80 people. MARINA MAJESTIC The Marina Room is a setting that offers commanding views of the Waterfront Marina and Table Mountain. With an option of a dance floor, this venue lends itself particularly well to Weddings of 20 to 40 people (50 without dance floor) and is available for breakfast, lunch or dinner Wedding Reception. Cocktail Wedding Receptions for up to 60 people. OUT AT SEA (VOWS WITH A VIEW) Cruise along the Atlantic Coast with dolphins and drop anchor in the still waters of Clifton Beach whilst saying your vow as the African sun sets. Sip on Champagne and enjoy the culinary delights prepared by One&Only Cape Town s chefs on board a beautiful Italian yacht or Catamaran. Ideal for an Intimate Wedding (2-6 people) shared with close friends and relatives. CEREMONIAL VENUES We can accommodate your Wedding Ceremony at our beautiful property in the elegant Pre-function area dressed with radiant crystal chandeliers or at Isola for a more exotic island vibe. Our lavish pre-function area will be transformed into a unique formal ceremonial venue. Chairs, décor, carpets are excluded. Isola surrounded by tropical landscaping creates an exotic island vibe for your Ceremony which will be for your exclusive use. The venue hire at a rate of R5000 is inclusive of a cream carpet. Chairs and décor are excluded. (Venue only available between May to end October).

4 THE BALLROOM FOR YOUR ONE AND ONLY The Ballroom can accommodate from 50 to 120 people for a Wedding Reception with a dance floor (150 without a dance floor, excluding chair hire). This Wedding Reception venue is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cocktail Wedding Receptions for up to 250 people. THE VENUE HIRE OF R FOR THE BALLROOM INCLUDES: - Initial and follow up meetings with the resort s Wedding Consultant who will arrange, coordinate and ensure all details and services attributed to the Wedding Reception are executed, exacting specified details. - A luxury Honeymoon Suite, on a bed and breakfast basis, for any two nights surrounding the Wedding date. - A two hour cruise aboard a Catamaran which can accommodate a total of 35 guests (to be enjoyed during your stay and subject to your Wedding being for 80 guests or more). A romantic rose petal turndown and a bottle of Graham Beck Brut sparkling wine with a personalised Wedding label. - A special Wedding memento from the resort. - A pre-selected menu and wine tasting for the bridal couple in Reuben s restaurant. - Dance floor, tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware and crisp white, floor-length table linen, napkins and white chair covers. - A pre-reception area for guests to enjoy drinks and canapés whilst the bridal couple are having photographs taken. 8 VOWS WITH A VIEW The ultimate love story deserves the ultimate celebration 2 to 6 persons only THE INTIMATE WEDDING PACKAGE OF R INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: - Initial and follow up meetings with the resort s Wedding Consultant who will arrange, coordinate and ensure all details and services attributed to the couple s Wedding Reception are executed, exacting specified details. - The Wedding Ceremony will take place under the gazebo on the resort s jetty with Table Mountain in the background (weather alternative: Spa Garden Pavilion on one of the lush private islands). - A bouquet of African indigenous flowers for the bride and a buttonhole for the groom. - A romantic rose petal turndown and a bottle of Graham Beck Brut sparkling wine with a personalised Wedding label. - A special Wedding memento from the resort. - Initial interview with the resort s Interdenominational Minister with the bride and groom, explaining all protocols, including managing and arranging all marriage documentation pertaining to legal matters such as the marriage certificate. - Wedding Cake designed by One&Only Cape Town s pastry chef (for up to six people). EXTEND YOUR MAGICAL DAY OUT TO SEA: Cruise along the Atlantic coast with dolphins, and drop anchor in the still waters of Clifton beach whilst saying your vows as the African sun sets. Choose from a two hour cruise to a full day out at sea on a Catamaran, alternatively a motorised yacht is available at a premium rate. (Boat cruises are excluded from the Wedding Package and will be charged at an hourly rate). PACKAGE CHARGE WILL INCREASE WITH EFFECT FROM 1 OCTOBER 2017 BY APPROXIMATELY 10%. We will gladly suggest an alternate type of entertainment to comply with the resort s noise restriction policy and to accommodate guests in nearby Island Villas. Entertainment in this venue would need to end at 10.30pm. With a range of Wedding Packages available, you will be sure to find the most suitable, whether it is an intimate Wedding Ceremony or a grand affair in the Ballroom - our onsite Wedding Consultant can help you find the right option or tailor-make a package to suit your individual needs and assist with; - Table Styling - Wedding Photographer - One&Only Spa Treatments - Bridal Cars - Entertainment - Hair/Makeup - Wedding Cake - Menus - Minister/Apostille - Legal Requirements - Personalised Wedding Stationary - Hotel Accommodation (One&Only) FRIENDS AND FAMILY ACCOMMODATION RATES As an additional service, we offer a special Best Available Rate applicable to your friends and relatives attending the Wedding who may enjoy meeting up together. This allows those travelling a long distance to spend valuable time with those who they may not have seen for a while - or to avoid late night travelling! If this service would be of interest to you, all we would require are the s of those attending the Wedding and we will communicate to them, advising them of this special offer. Kindly note that these special accommodation rates do vary according to season. WEDDING MENUS Please note that our Executive Chef would be delighted to meet with you and discuss with you any further menu choices or alternative options that you may wish to consider. The menus attached is our current range and prices will increase accordingly. Please do note that we do not cater for strict Halaal or Kosher meals. WINES We have an extensive wine list, which we will send to you in due course; it changes seasonally, as it is dependent on availability of vintages and stock. As we are sure you will appreciate, wines chosen at today s date may well have increased by the time of your Wedding; the wines will be charged at the prevailing price as of the Wedding date. Kindly note that we do not allow any persons to bring alcohol onto our premises. We do have Kosher wine available on property. All rates are inclusive of 14% VAT. Full deposit is required to confirm the booking (full Wedding Package). There will be 100% cancellation fee on the Wedding Package fee. The remaining amount should be paid 14 days before your Wedding date.
