It is our desire to serve patients promptly, with consideration and dignity. Prescription Refills For your safety, prescription refills may be requested only by your pharmacy. Please call your pharmacy to request the refill, and have the pharmacy FAX a refill request to (407) If you need antibiotics or controlled medicines, you will need to make an appointment to see your doctor before your medications can be filled. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your prescription to be approved and filled. Urgent Medical Issues Outside Business Hours For a true medical emergency, please dial For a non-emergency medical issue that cannot wait until normal business hours, please call (407) and press 3. Inpatient Hospital Care For adult patients, our physicians only admit to and manage hospital care at Winter Park Memorial Hospital. For children and adolescents ages 0-17 and for obstetric patients, our physicians only admit to and manage hospital care at Florida Hospital Orlando. From Interstate 4, go east on Fairbanks Avenue. After the road curves to become Aloma Avenue, turn right on Lakemont Avenue. From Toll Road 417, go west on Aloma Avenue. Turn left on Lakemont Avenue. The Centre for is on the second floor of the building at the corner of Lakemont and Mizell Avenues. The building and parking lot entrance is on Benmore Drive.
