He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. He then completed a fellowship in cardiology and a fellowship in clinical cardiac electrophysiology at the University of Texas-Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Phan is board certified in cardiovascular diseases and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and a member of the Heart Rhythm Society. Katherine Loveless, ACNP Kathy earned her nursing degree from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh, and her nurse practitioner degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and certified in cardiac rhythm device therapy for allied professionals by the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners. Physician Assistant Kristin Brockhaus, PA-C Kristin earned her master s in physician assistant studies at Marquette University in Milwaukee. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Kristin is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants. Kelly Isherwood, PA-C Kelly earned her master s in physician assistant studies at George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
