Stephanie Momper, MD Dr. Momper earned her degree in medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin. She completed her residency through the Medical College of Wisconsin where she spent an additional year as the chief resident for the internal medicine and pediatrics program. Dr. Momper s specialties include both pediatrics and internal medicine with a special certification in lactation. This combination of specialties is ideal for caring for all members of a family from infants through the geriatric population. She enjoys getting to know her patients, both individuals and families, and building lasting relationships based on respect and trust. Carol Wood, MD Dr. Wood earned her degree in medicine at Rush Medical College in Chicago. She completed her residency with a combined program in internal medicine and geriatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Elissa R Hellman, MD Dr. Hellman earned her degree in medicine from New York University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York, where she was administrative chief resident during her last year. Dr.Hellman's special interests include adolescent gynecology and general obstetrics. Good patient/doctor communication is important to her to ensure effective patient education. Pediatrics Adam King, MD Dr. King earned his degree in Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2006 and completed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals in Dr. King enjoys providing medical care for the entire family and has special interests in both preventive care and sports medicine. Darcy Lesniak, MD Dr. Lesniak earned her degree in medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin in She completed a pediatric internship and residency at Children s Hospital of Wisconsin in Dr. Lesniak is board certified in pediatrics and joined Columbia St. Mary s in Her areas of special interest include breastfeeding, nutrition, growth and development, childhood fitness, asthma/allergies, self-esteem and body image. 4

Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago in He completed his residency in podiatric surgery from Central Community Hospital in Clifton, Illinois in Dr. Czarnecki is board certified in podiatric surgery.
