3 Expertise Across our organisation we work hard to attract and keep the best people in the logistics business. Our team is committed to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement, learning from our mistakes as well as our successes. It s an approach that flows through to the way we do business, the way we treat our customers, and it has allowed us to develop specialist logistics capabilities in a range of sectors including: Automotive Defence and government Manufacturing Mining and resources Retail, FMCG and B2C Steel and industrial Humanitarian aid and disaster relief Global reach With an Asia Pacific focus, Toll operates a network of 1,200 sites across 55 countries, providing our customers with global reach. Harnessing our resources across the network enables us to deliver optimal logistics solutions for our customers. And through a selection of carefully targeted operations we have grown our global capability in response to our customers needs helping to deliver logistics solutions across towns, regions and continents.

4 Transport Toll operates an extensive fleet of air, sea, rail and road vehicles and vessels that underpins our service delivery. The technologies we use in our fleets, including GPS and mobile technologies, real-time route planning and intelligent handling solutions, enables us to deliver proactive, transparent and safe solutions to our customers, in a timely and reliable manner. Specialised vehicles and vessels adapted to carry specific freight types and sizes, or to operate in specific environments, also form part of our fleet allowing us to deliver industry-specific and tailored services to customers and to improve efficiencies across the supply chain. Warehousing and storage Toll operates shared and dedicated warehousing services in key trade gateways in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, America, South Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. We employ skilled warehousing teams across our operations. Our specialisation in this area has enabled us to extend our skill set to offer design, construction and implementation services for new, purpose-built facilities in response to our customers requirements. We can provide secure and safe storage for everything from retail, refrigerated or fragile items, to high-risk and hazardous materials, and high-security items. We also specialise in state-of-the-art warehousing technologies, including the development of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Capital Inventory Solutions (CIS) software, and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), allowing for transparency and improved efficiencies.

From our own in-house research and development teams to the partnerships we ve established with technical specialists in the industry, we work to find new ways of adapting technology to generate a competitive advantage for our customers helping to maximize efficiencies and reduce waste, while streamlining operations throughout their supply chains. Technology Technology plays an important role in our commitment to continuous improvement. It enables us to improve operations, to deliver transparent and responsive services and helps accountability - hallmarks of the Toll service offering. We utilise various technologies in our delivery, warehousing and consultancy operations, from track and trace through to RFID and inventory management software and wherever necessary our systems are integrated into our customers allowing for service transparency. Security Security is an important part of the Toll offering. Our business involves many parties, crosses national borders and legal jurisdictions, and has broad implications for our customers, partners, and people, as well as the communities in which we operate. We use a defined approach to anticipate and mitigate security risks, and protect our people, customer freight, owned and managed assets and confidential information. Toll adheres to worldwide systems and procedures for reporting, investigating and resolving security issues. Our secure facilities, processes, services and systems embrace best practice. We do this to give our customers peace of mind, to keep our people safe and to enable us to deliver safe, reliable logistics solutions.
