4 Introduction, the founder of MBA professional course in Iran, is established in 2004 and has held professional MBA program for more than 40 times. The MBA course that offers is well adapted to the specific needs of Iran. and is aimed to compose the proper condition for realization of the personal potential of the students. Bahar has designed this course for the people who are willing to gain sound knowledge and practical skills in the field of management in order to be competitive in today s world. And as most of MBA programs offer access to a network of MBA students, alumni, faculty, and business leaders. Briefly, we help our students to get a broad range of opportunities through passing a demanding and highly rewarding course and try to intensify the level of ambition, determination, commitment, and enthusiasm of learners

Applying the newest teaching system, has held professional MBA course for 42 times and has more than 1200 graduates, the majority of who are between years old. Bahar Learners bring with them a wealth of work experience (on average 9 years per student), a joy of learning, and a desire to be challenged.70 percent of these students are men and the remaining 30 percent are women. One of our major achievements is that 5 percent of our applicants have PhD degree which reflects the practical nature of our MBA program.and according to a survey done on 800 educated and continuing education students at about their main reason of attending Bahar MBA,we discovered that 62 percent of them have chosen Bahar for its high quality in presenting subjects and 58 percent for presenting subjects in a practical way.

8 Course Content We offer One-Year-MBA program, comprising of 3 semesters, which prepares students to become effective and confident leaders in tomorrow s business environment. Core courses provide students with an understanding of the whole organization and its environment and the elective courses provide variety of subjects that ensure a focus on relevant issues in your chosen field of study. STEP BY STEP THROUGH THREE SEMESTERS These three semesters covers almost all syllabuses of economics, finance, marketing, operations, management, and accounting, as well as the leadership, teamwork, Strategy, and communication that are so critical for effective management
