1 Program Details A) Introduction As our valued Volkswagen owner, we always wish you to experience more about our brand and service. Road to Wolfsburg is a custom-designed driving experience and factory visit program for our loyal customers. A group of Volkswagen enthusiasts will join the exclusive factory tour in Wolfsburg, headquarter of Volkswagen production plant. Participants can also enjoy on-road & off-road driving experience with our top performance models (including Golf R/ Golf GTI and Touareg) together with professional trainers at Volkswagen Driving Experience Centre in Germany. B) Event Date 25 Sep 2015 (Fri) 29 Sep 2015 (Tue) (5 days 4 nights) C) Qualified Applicants Current registered Volkswagen owners, plus Having aftersales service record in Volkswagen Hong Kong authorized dealers in the past 18 months. D) Participation Fee 1 Volkswagen owner plus partner: HKD17,888/person (sharing half double room) 2 Volkswagen owners as pair: HKD16,388/person (sharing half double room) The participation fee includes: Round-trip economy class flight ticket to Hannover/ Berlin, Germany On-road & off-road driving experience with Volkswagen company-owned cars Guidance by Volkswagen driving experience team Exclusive Wolfsburg factory tour Meals including non-alcoholic drinks 1-night-double-bedroom accommodation at 5-star Ritz-Carlton Hotel (including breakfast) 3-night-double-bedroom accommodation at 4-star hotel (including breakfast) Comprehensive driving insurance for covering 2-day driving experience Shuttle service stated in the program Fuel and toll for the whole trip Note: costs for travel insurance, green fees, spa treatment, entrance fees are not included. 2 F) Hotel Room Preference The participation fee covers a double room for a pair of participants. Additional cost will be applied if single room is requested for the whole journey. Please state your room preference in advance. We will try to accommodate but not guarantee. G) Flight Arrangement Participation fee includes round-trip economy class flight ticket to Hannover, Germany via Lufthansa Airline. Group itinerary is stated as below*. H) Airport Shuttle Pick-up Point and First Gathering Point In the programme schedule, it is assuming participants take Lufthansa flight LH731/2090 (14h30m) from Hong Kong to Hannover at 23:20 on 24 Sep, which arrives at 07:50 on 25 Sep. (1) Shuttle pick-up point will be at Hannover Airport, Germany at 08:30 on 25 Sep. (2) If you cannot catch the shuttle pick-up point, please make sure your flight schedule can meet us at the first gathering point at Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Wolfsburg, Germany at 11:30. I) Driving License A valid International Driving Permit and Hong Kong driving license are needed. Please apply the valid driving license before and bring along with you during the trip. J) Insurance Participation fee only included insurance for 2-day driving experience. Participants are highly recommended to arrange personal travel insurance for the journey. Page 2

3 K) Application Procedure (1) Complete the application form and to by 15 May (2) If number of applications exceeds the quota, Volkswagen Hong Kong will do the lucky draw for selecting participants. (3) Successful participants will receive notification by 22 May L) Payment Instruction Successful participants are required to do the payment transaction within 7 days after notification. Payment can do via PayPal or bank-in transfer. Seats will ONLY be final confirmed upon receipt of payment. Once the seats have been confirmed, refund will not be issued for personal cancellation.
