2 Name and history Depeche Mode- british music group, which was created in 1980 in Basildon (Essex, UK). Name was on the basis of the storage of inspiration french magazine, suggested her Dave Gahan. In the composition of the band fall Dave Gahan (vocalist), Martin Gore (musician, vocalist) and Andrew Fletcher (musician). Former members of the band are : Vince Clarke (from 1980 to 1981), Alan Wilder (from December 1982 to June 1995).

3 Dave Gahan David Gahan was born on 9th May 1962 as David Callcott. He grew up in working-class family Sylvia Ruth and Len Callcott. He has a sister Susan Christine and two brothers Philip Michael and Peter Eric. 4th August 1985 Gahan married with Joanne Fox, they have a son Jack (26). Divorce was in A year later he got married with Theresa Conroy, later they divorced. 14th February 1999, he married with Jennifer Sklias, with her he has a daughter Stella Rose (14). In 1995 Gahan tried to commit suicide.a few months later, in May 1996, he overdosed drugs during his stay in a hotel in Los Angeles. He was transported to the hospital, where it found a cardiac arrest and has taken effective resuscitation.

6 Martin Gore Martin Lee Gore (born 23 July 1961 in Dagenham) one of the group of Depeche Mode. The author of texts, musician, singer and dj. Martin s parents are : Pamela and David. He has 2 sisters: Jackie and Karen. 27th August 1994 year he got married with Suzanne Boisvert. They divorced in He has three children: Viva (born 6th June 1991), Ava (born 21 August 1995), Calo (born 27th July 2002).

9 Andrew Fletcher Andrew Fletcher (born 8th July 1961 in Nottingham) english musician, one of the group of Depeche Mode. He plays on keyboard and bass guitar. Andrew s parents : Joy and John. He has two sisters Susan and Karen and brother Simon. Karen died in th January 1993 he married with Grainne Mullan. He has two children: Megan (22) and Joseph (18).
