24 Grant Beacon- MI Center How technology is a part of their learning Students in MI have a 3:1 technology that includes I pads, Chromebooks and some pc laptops (to learn all operating systems and for inclusive practices Utilized application for adaptive life skills (adapted electronic books, cash register application, skype, bus routes, etc.) Shifting AAC and other adaptive devices to multi-task devices (evaluation to determine if one device can be the AAC, switch device and learning tool) Student using a cash register application with credit card reader for the classroom business.
