We look forward to working with SNS for many more years! - Pan Georgiou Morlands Glastonbury were looking to run a series of newsletters to showcase their new 2014 collection and maximise online sales in the build up to Christmas We put together various concept ideas to ensure that the pre-defined objectives were achieved. The campaign begun in October with us designing, coding and sending one newsletter per week to their mailing list showcasing the latest styles. In November we upped this to two newsletters per week and prompted subscribers to buy for the festive period. This resulted in a 300% increase of revenue in November and a return on investment of over 1,000%! One particular newsletter which was sent the week before Black Friday, included an exclusive 10% discount code which was only valid for three days - this newsletter brought a return on investment of over 3,000%!

4 The team at SNS have really helped us develop our marketing campaigns over the last 6 months, from completely re-designing our templates to increasing our open and click through rates. It s great to see our customers noticing it too, when they are quoting unique codes for exclusive offers when they visit the venue. - Natasha Palmer Hippodrome Casino enlisted our marketing services to help improve the overall performance of their newsletter campaigns. Being a highly reputable company they wanted to ensure that they always portray a strong brand image whilst reaching our to their various mailing lists. With separate newsletters for the casino, theatre, restaurant and NFL alongside their monthly e-flyer we have been able to develop successful designs that stay within the brand guidelines whilst improving their open and click through rates to far exceed the industry average. We have also helped to grow their mailing list by linking our marketing service with our social media management packages and using our social media competitions and social sign up forms. By ensuring that all designs are specific to the receiving mailing list we can make sure to always increase ticket sales, venue visits or restaurant bookings via each newsletter campaign.

6 THE BLOGGER PROGRAMME With each newsletter campaign we run having to be segmented between brands and bloggers, the team at SNS have been able to ensure this is adhered to at all times whilst coming up with various creative styles that fit within our branding. Alongside this they have helped us to grow our mailing list to well over 20,000 subscribers, which the SNS team help with segmenting whilst also improving our open and click through rates continually The Blogger Programme has a specific objective for their marketing campaigns to increase activity on the platform. This has to be done in various ways as to accommodate the newsletters which are sent to brands and those which are sent to bloggers. We have also segmented the different lists into categories such as location, gender, genre etc in order to allow us to send targeted campaigns which results in higher engagement levels. Throughout 2014 we have achieved some very positive results such as gaining over 17,000 new subscribers and increasing the open rate and click rate to 34% and 4.6% respectively which is just about double the industry averages.
