33 Major Difficulties found along the project Unique deployment package generation RTC extensions (Snippets and OperationalAdvisors). Requirement evolution as long as the API capacity of RTC has been discovered Multi-country deployment system 33

34 Strengths Unique repository to store all the code. Change Resquest package generation Changes are not split by technology but by functionallity (team area). You move just what you want from one environment to another. Approval system to allow promotions to Productive environment. Regarding type of changes, more or less critic, different role approvals are assigned. Automatic Build & Deploy to all execution environments. 34
