5 Todd M. Hoffman, CFP, CPM Senior Portfolio Management Director Senior Vice President Wealth Advisor Todd graduated from Michigan State University, College of Business, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in After graduation he joined Ford Motor Company in their Parts and Service Division where he worked as an automotive dealer consultant. In 1987 he left Ford Motor Company to join a family owned Sales and Marketing Company. In 1992 Todd started his career as a Financial Advisor with Raymond James Financial and became a Vice President before being recruited in 1995 to join Solomon Smith Barney. In 2000 Todd received his designation as a Certified Financial Planning Practitioner, and he also became a member of Salomon Smith Barney s Chairman s Club. In 2002, he joined Morgan Stanley to expand his Discretionary Portfolio Management practice. Also at Morgan Stanley, in 2003 he earned the designation of Wealth Advisor and in 2010 as a Senior Portfolio Management Director. Additionally, in June of 2011 Todd received his Certified Portfolio Manager certification from the Academy of Certified Portfolio Managers (ACPM) which is an independent organization created and charged with the task of creating and managing a credentialed program of excellence for training discretionary portfolio managers. Todd takes pride in maintaining quality relationships with both his clients and family. Todd has been married for over 21 years to his lovely wife Susan, and they have two sons, Andrew age 12 and Sam age 10. Susan is an attorney and Partner in a Firm specializing in Family Practice; Koch and Hoffman, LLC. Todd also enjoys golf, fishing, snow skiing and has a special place in his heart for coaching kids in team sports which he has done for many years. Todd has also held a board position on several local non profit organizations. Reitmeyer Senior Registered Associate Amy Reitmeyer is a Senior Registered Associate that has worked at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney since April Amy joined The Hoffman Group in late Prior to her position with The Hoffman Group, Amy has held the roles of Client Service Associate and Branch Manager s Assistant with the firm. Amy is Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA licensed. Amy works exclusively with the team, servicing, scheduling and implementing administrative and operational tasks as well as assisting clients and the group with trade executions and portfolio management operations. Amy s attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest level of personal service to clients makes her an integral part of The Hoffman Group. Born in Clearwater, Amy is a native Floridian who graduated from Countryside High School and currently resides in Palm Harbor. Away from work, Amy enjoys painting, interior decorating, learning to cook, and spending time with her family and friends. Yvette C. Heatly Senior Registered Associate Yvette has worked in the Financial Services Industry for 25 years. During this time she obtained several FINRA securities licenses which include her series 7, 63, 65 and Life Health and Variable Annuity License. Yvette enjoys utilizing her industry knowledge and experience to work with clients, building strong relationships and assisting clients with their financial accounts. Yvette also assists clients and the group with trade executions and portfolio management operations. Yvette is a native of Florida; she graduated from University of South Florida s College of Business in She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Finance. Away from the office, Yvette enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as Zumba fitness and 6 Morgan Stanley Smith Barney

7 rollerblading. Yvette is also active with the Susan G. Komen race for the cure. Kathleen A. Wheeler Senior Client Service Associate Kathleen began her career in the financial services industry in January 1998 when she joined Todd Hoffman s team at Smith Barney as his marketing assistant. In February 2002 she transitioned with Todd to Morgan Stanley. During her time with Todd she has provided his clients with a sense of warmth, familiarity and consistency. Kathleen s current responsibilities include marketing, the team calendar and organizing many client events throughout the year. A native of Rockford, Michigan, she moved to Hawaii in January It was in Hawaii that Kathleen got her Health, Life & Disability insurance license and managed the Hawaii Branch Office of a national insurance company where she was the Cancer Specialist and agent trainer. Kathleen also lived in Southern California and Arizona, before moving to the Clearwater area in December In her free time, Kathleen loves to spend time in her tropical garden, reading and also enjoys dancing Hustle and West Coast Swing. 8 Rick Cassidy Vice President Private Banker Rick Cassidy is the Morgan Stanley Private Banker for Pinellas County. Rick has 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career in international finance in England and Hungary. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Rick spent 4 years with Wells Fargo Advisors as a Regional Banking Consultant for the state of Florida and has held other banking management roles in Florida. Rick graduated from the University of Vermont and spent a semester abroad at the University of Stirling in Scotland. Rick is married, has two daughters and resides in Tampa. Raymond B. Gault First Vice President Insurance Planning Specialist Ray Gault has worked closely with Todd Hoffman and The Hoffman Group for over nine years. Ray is a Regional Specialist with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney s Insurance Group, where he provides support in estate planning, life insurance, nonqualified deferred compensation planning and advanced estate planning. Ray has been a leader in the implementation of insurance strategies for Smith Barney* clients for 26 years. Well versed in all areas of estate planning and business succession planning, Ray is a frequent speaker at client events across the country. Ray has received degrees from Manatee Community College and attended Florida State University. Ray began his career as a professional baseball player with the Cleveland Indians and the Chicago Cubs. He entered the Life Insurance business in 1981, and has been with Smith Barney* since *A predecessor firm of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
