2 As a fully licensed professional for more than 20 years, Steven began his career in the financial services industry as a financial advisor at Smith Barney. In 2004, Steven joined Banc of America Investment Services and undertook for two consecutive years the management role and responsibilities of Market Manager. To better respond to the needs of a growing clientele, Steve decided to leave the managerial position and to assemble the Coplin Group, allowing him to concentrate on what he does best : developing and implementing portfolio strategies and portfolio allocation. In the fall of 2010, Steven decided to go back to his Smith Barney roots and joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney with his team. As the leader of the Coplin Group, Steve s role encompasses developing and implementing a strategy aligned with his client s financial goals, as well as actively managing clients portfolios.

3 Steven has received local, national and industry recognition for his ability as a financial advisor and has been featured as a guest speaker at industry conventions. Steven has been recognized and featured as one of 2010 Barron Magazine s Top 1,000 Financial Advisors in the Country. In 2012, for the second consecutive year, Steven was selected as a Five Star Wealth Manager by Gulf Shore Life Magazine. In 2011, Steven was selected as one of 40 financial advisors, out of more than 17,000 firm-wide, who was invited to and attend the ishares on campus conference at Stanford University, an exclusive educational program featuring leading faculty from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

4 Caroline Allegret began her career in the financial services industry working in the consumer banking department at Bank of America in Two years later, she obtained her bachelor s degree in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University, graduating with honors as cum laude. She obtained her FINRA series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as her Florida Insurance and Long Term Care licenses, while working for Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management as a financial advisor. Later on, she decided to join Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a member of the Coplin Group. Caroline Allegret is a Certified Financial Planner and does all the financial planning for the Coplin Group. Caroline has focused her talents on providing strategies dealing with education planning, liability management, retirement planning and asset allocation, complementing the rest of the group s experience to ensure that we provide comprehensive financial planning to every one of our clients. She also works closely with Steve in the portfolio development stage, to design and implement customized wealth management strategies, and is responsible for continuously monitoring investment performance.

5 Simone Matthews has spent her 15-year career working in the financial industry. Shortly after obtaining her Bachelor s degree in Social Work from Florida State University in 2001, she began working for SunTrust Securities. She eventually moved to New York to work with Bank of America in the Family Wealth Advisor s division, working with affluent families. In 2007, Simone relocated to Naples, Florida with Banc of America Investment Services as the market administrator and later transitioned as an associate member of the Coplin Group. Simone has multifaceted duties which comprise of collaboratively working with Steve and Caroline to obtain investment and product information, provide administrative support and enter clients trades for various investment instruments. Simone is also responsible for handling the overall day - to - day account operations, and in ensuring the client s satisfaction at all times.
