1 ECERT MANUAL OPERATOR CONTACT SEARCH TOOL FOR FLO-CERT CERTIFIED CUSTOMERS - Release January

2 OPERATOR CONTACT SEARCH The Operator Contact Search tool in the Ecert web portal replaces the Internal pages of FLO-CERT. Access: via login into Ecert Your benefits: Search for new Fairtrade partners, suppliers or customers Find information about your trade partners certification. Use the tool to verify the certification status of buyers and/or suppliers regularly and especially before signing a purchase contract, so that you are informed about any cases of decertification, suspension of certificate and suspension of permission to trade and can act according to the Fairtrade rules for these cases. Generate and export your own search lists to Excel Data in the Operator contact search is always up-to-date, there is no delay Slide 2

3 ACCESS Access the Operator Contact Search via the Ecert web portal Click on the new OPERATOR CONTACT SEARCH button in the upper menu Slide 3

4 SEARCHES The operator contact search displays 2 types of searches: Simple search Quick search Slide 4

5 SIMPLE SEARCH The simple search can be used if you look for a specific organization: Enter name or FLO ID and click on Search Slide 5

6 QUICK SEARCH The quick search lets you filter your search by: product function status country You can combine the individual filter parameters by clicking on the relevant fields (e.g. search for Banana and Producers and FLO-CERT certified operators and Costa Rica ). Slide 6

14 EXPORT SEARCHES You can export your search and create: a list (Excel): contact data of the operator & main contact person a report (Excel or Pdf): operators service, status and certified products Slide 14

15 CREATE A LIST To create and export a list, simply click on the Excel icon and save your list: Slide 15

17 CREATE A REPORT To create a report, tick the operator(s) you want to export (you can browse the different pages of the results; only operators ticked will be included in the export) Click on Exports/Reports Slide 17
