1 Granting Customers Access User Guide 1) For existing users, login to Quickfire Office at Quickfire Office is also housed on our website, under the Suppliers tab, Assessment Database, then SQF Assessment Database (Quickfire Office). To re-issue a new password, select. Do note that your username and address must match what is currently listed within Quickfire Office. If you have any questions, or are not an existing user, please contact info@sqfi.com for further assistance. 2) From the My Work page, select on in the left-hand navigation bar. 1

2 3) You will then be directed to your site information. You can enter your Site details two different ways. You can either double click on the site name, or you can click the check box to the left of your site name, select the drop down button, then View Site. OR 4) Once in the Site Details area of your site, select from the left-hand navigation bar. If a Buyer has not yet been listed for your site, a 0 will be listed in brackets beside. The number located in brackets next to indicates how many Buyers you currently have selected within Quickfire Office. 2

3 5) Once having selected, you will then be able to have a Buyer added via the drop-down menu by selecting. 6) After selecting from the drop-down menu, a search menu will appear in the center of your screen, in which you will be able to type out the name of the Buyer you would like to have added to your site. You do not need to enter the exact Buyer name, as the system will generate a complete listing of any Buyer name that includes the letters typed into the search field. If the Buyer you are seeking does not appear in the list of results after selecting, their company profile has most likely not been created within Quickfire Office. The Buyer will need to send a request to be placed into the system to info@sqfi.com. Once the Buyer company profile has been established within Quickfire Office by SQFI, you can then continue with the Buyer addition process via the steps below. 7) Once you have chosen the Buyer s name from the list of results, it will automatically populate to the search field. You will then want to choose to have the Buyer successfully added to your site. 3

4 8) After correctly selecting the Buyer, you will then be prompted to select the Buyer Contact. This is completed by selecting the check box listed next to the desired contact name(s) to which you would like to allow access to your site s reports. Once you have chosen your contact(s), choose. Contact Terminology: Buyer Contact the contact(s) granted access to all reporting for your site within Quickfire Office. This contact will only have access to your reports. This contact will not have access to your site details. 9) Your selected Buyer should then appear for you within your Buyer list. At this point, your site will now appear within your selected Buyer contact s Quickfire Office account, to which that contact(s) will have the ability to download and export your reports. 10) To add additional Buyers to your site, repeat steps 5 9. If you have completed adding all desired Buyers, proceed to step 11. 4

5 11) Finally, select from the left navigation bar which will direct you back to the Site Details area of your site. If you have correctly selected a Buyer, you will notice that the 0 that was previously in brackets beside has now become a 1. The 1 indicates that you currently have one Buyer selected for your site. There is no limitation on Buyer selections within Quickfire Office. If you have selected more than one Buyer, the number in brackets will represent how many Buyers you currently have selected. 12) To log out of Quickfire Office, select in the upper right hand corner, beside your user name. Frequently Asked Questions Q: The Buyer I am attempting to add to my site in Quickfire Office is not showing up when I am searching for it. I have tried typing in the Buyer name several different ways and am still not receiving any results. Why is this Buyer not appearing? A: The Buyer you are attempting to add to your site most likely does not have a company profile within Quickfire Office. The Buyer will need to have a request to be established within the system sent to info@sqfi.com. Once a company profile has been created for the Buyer, you will then be able to locate and add that Buyer to your site. Q: Will my audit report automatically upload for my Buyer into icix from Quickfire Office? A: No, unfortunately Quickfire Office does not automatically upload your audit reports into icix. If your Buyer is requesting your most recent audit report to be placed in icix, send a request along with your desired report to info@sqfi.com.
