We provide your airline with efficient, shortened type rating courses and differences training for pilots who have previous Boeing airplane flight experience. Our combination of academics and simulator-based training ensures usability and quality throughout our programs. We create consistency by using a teaching approach and content structure that share many common elements. If you simply need a training device to complete your program requirements, we offer a global network of flight training devices and full flight simulators. FIRST OFFICER SOLUTIONS A partnership that helps meet pilot demand Our programs deliver certified first officers who are fully qualified for multi-crew jet operations. Our training is faster and costs less than building flight-hours. When it comes to meeting your airline s need for trained pilots, we are an industry leader and innovator. To create a successful first officer, our competency-based training focuses on the following: crew coordination, threat and error management, and jet indoctrination. Your airline should experience a reduction in failure rates and avoid unnecessary training costs with our programs versus conventional first officer programs. All of our line operations training courses can be taken as stand-alone courses or packaged with a standard type rating or recurrent course in order to minimize pilot travel time. Our Operational Efficiency course is designed to help your airline save on fuel costs. We offer CAT II/III and Required Navigational Performance (RNP) courses that train pilots to land in challenging weather and terrain environments, which lead to increased on-time performance. Our Polar Operations, RVSM, ETOPS, and Metric Altimetry courses enable and enhance global operations; and our Cold Weather Operations, Dangerous Goods, and Upset Recovery training were developed to support your commitment to safe airline operations. HUMAN FACTORS TRAINING Developing communication and decision-making skills Human factors training focuses on the development of crucial decisionmaking and communication skills and is an essential element of any flight training program. Human factors training includes courses that will help your pilots become better, more well-rounded captains: Command Leadership and Crew Resource Management/ Threat and Error Management. The Command Leadership course focuses on a captain s roles and responsibilities and prepares your first officers to be able to quickly initiate command authority. The course emphasizes the development of decision-making and communication skills and addresses the application of a captain s regulatory and emergency authority. Real-world scenarios are combined with classroom discussions in the Crew Resource Management/Threat and Error Management course. This training helps your pilots develop powerful crew communication and threat and error management risk assessment skills, which will allow them to quickly recognize and effectively respond to stressful situations.

Our highly experienced flight staff helps ensure that your airplanes reach their destinations safely and on time. Our pilot provisioning services include ferry flight support, base training, and flight crew line assist. With ferry flight support, we stand ready to assist you when you need to fly an airplane to your base of operations. During flight crew line assist, we fly within your operational guidelines, while training and preparing your crew to assume their roles and responsibilities. Our base training and line assistance services are carefully designed to help you successfully meet all of your regulatory and internal training requirements. FLIGHT OPERATIONS MANUALS AND MATERIALS Effective tools created by Boeing for Boeing customers Boeing has all of the materials you need to operate your airplane successfully and efficiently, including operations manuals and training videos. As the airplane manufacturer, Boeing can provide you with up-to-date airplane materials such as the Flight Crew Operations Manuals, Quick Reference Handbook, Flight Crew Training Manual, and the Dispatch Deviations Guide. We can also provide you with customization and revision service for each of our manuals.
