HOW TO REACH THE APARTMENTS From the airport Venezia Tessera: o By boat (ALILAGUNA Society) direction and stop at Lido. o By express-bus (ACTV Society and ATVO Society) direction Piazzale Roma and change with boat n. 51 or 61, direction and stop at Lido. From the railway station (Venezia S. Lucia), boats n. 51 or 61 direction and stop at Lido island. From Piazzale Roma by car it is possible to take the ferry from Tronchetto and to arrive directly to the Lido island. Boats n. 51 e 61 on the way to the station change numbers in n. 52 and 62. PRICES Euro 34,00 per day per apartment but with 1 extra-bed Euro 42,50.

2 VENICE AND THE LAGOON LOCATION Venice is a famous city around the world for its peerless artistic and architectural heritage, as well for the location where it was built and which has granted it an environmental singularity and made it more precious. City in the north west of Italy ( sq. metres with 271,043 inhabitants), capital of the region of Veneto and the homonymous province. It is located in the Veneto Lagoon at 4 Km from land and at 2 from the open sea, on 18 small islands separated by 160 canals, connected by 400 bridges that once were made of wood, replaced afterwards (starting from 1486) by others in stone, arch shaped. The main canal, which is the most important city artery, is the well known Canal Grande, crossed by four bridges. The summer resort is located in San Nicolò at the eastern end of the Lido island that closes the Venetian Lagoon towards the open sea. HISTORICAL AND TOURISTICAL INFORMATION Artistic and cultural city, Venice is the centre of lots of international art and cultural exhibits, among which the Biennial Modern Art Exhibit and the Film Festival. San Marco Basilica was built in the IX century and sacred in Its architecture recalls the one of the church of the SS. Apostles in Constantinople, because of both the Greek cross-like plan and the vaulted supporting structures, dominated by five domes. It is decorated in the inside with mosaics, the most ancient fragments of which go back to the IX century. In architecture the Gothic style became famous around the mid 1300s thanks to artists from Lombardia and Venice. Palazzo Ducale was built in this period ( ), which together with Ca D Oro, marks the most example of Venetian Gothic architecture. This style dominated the Venetian architecture for the whole of the XV century, some examples are the Palaces of Contarini- Fasan, Foscari, Pisani Pesaro and Priuli.

3 FACILITIES The following facilities are available: bar, bathing establishment cabin, deckchair and umbrella. RESORT STRUCTURES Mini flats are all found in a two-storey structure inside a beautiful park with secular trees. The resort provides 6 mini flats, each for 4/5 people. SHIFTS In general, just for summer, the resort is available for the period that goes from September to June, a fixed 15 day accommodation. HOW TO GET THERE By plane: from the Tessera airport in Venice by bus to the bus terminal in Piazzale Roma, then by ferry to the bathing establishment bus for San Nicolò - Lido with the bus stop at about 200 metres from the Resort; By train: train to Venice Santa Lucia ferry for the bathing establishment - bus for S. Nicolò - Lido; By car: Brennero/Verona highway exit Venezia Mestre ferry car transport from Venice Tronchetto to the Lido.
