1 What is it? Agent Announce is a quick and easy way to get your listings out to the agents in your area fast! Send New Listings Alerts, Price Updates or even Status Updates (Back on the Market!).

Your listing details and photos are automatically pulled from your property site saving you loads of time. 3 How Do I Get Started? 1 To get started, login to your account 2 Next, click on the LISTING MANAGER button from the Main Menu. 3 Find the property you want to send an blast for and click EDIT SITE. 4 Under the heading called Marketing Tools click on Agent Blast

4 4 5 We automatically generate an eflyer for your listing, but we give you tools to modify the layout and design if you want to. Once you have the flyer looking just the way you want it to, click on the Select Snippet button to the left of the html script This is the html code Next, right click on the highlighted html code and click Copy. You can also press your Ctrl button and the letter c at the same time to copy the script. 7 8 Next, enter the zip code of the general area you wish to send the flyer out to. Next click the button just below the zip code that says: GO If you want to change your design or photos, use these tools

5 9 Now you will be taken to the vendor The Agent Marketing Tool that supplies the service. Fill out the form as directed and paste the snippet of code that you copied into the designated box. 12 How does the process work? 1. Click on the Agent Blast Link from your Property Sites Control Panel 2. Modify your flyer if desired 3. Copy the html code snippet that we provide 4. Enter the Zip Code radius of where you want to send your listing and click on the button that says Ready to Blast your Flyer to other Agents. From there you are taken to The Agent Marketing Tool to finalize your blast. Paste the code that you copied into the designated box and follow their simple instructions to complete the process. Do I need to worry about Spamming issues? No. We are very sensitive and proactive about complying with all CAN-SPAM guidelines and regulations. Each contains all opt-out and identification requirements and is SPF record compliant.
