Coventry Health Care is pleased to provide you with online access to marketing materials to support you in successfully selling our Medicare Advantage (MA) products! This catalog will provide you with the information you need to take advantage of these materials. All marketing materials can be accessed through our online broker AdBuilder Tool. The materials are already approved by Coventry and filed with CMS; making it easy for you to promote our MA products and be compliant. Each piece can be personalized with your contact information. Need Assistance or Have Questions? If you have questions or need training on the tool, please contact your local health plan broker marketing specialist. A list of contacts is provided on the following page. 4 2014 Broker Medicare Marketing Materials Catalog - Medicare Advantage How to Access the Online Broker AdBuilder Tool With our Broker AdBuilder Tool, it s now easier than ever to access professional, compliant marketing materials. Here s how it works. 1. When you are newly certified to sell, you will receive an from webadmin@customadbuilder.com. The subject line of this will be: Create Password. It is important that you watch out for this - you may want to check your junk mail folder. If you have already accessed AdBuilder, you will continue to use your address as your user name and the password you have been using. 2. Once you have your password set and you can login to AdBuilder, follow these steps to update your personal information: Login to AdBuilder The Home screen appears. Click the My Account tab. Click the Personal Information link. Enter your phone number and other information you want to store with your account. Click Update. Click on the Addresses link Update your full address information and click Submit. You are now ready to begin creating marketing pieces with the new AdBuilder. NOTE: If you represent several different Coventry plans, each has its own website/storefront. 5 2014 Broker Medicare Marketing Materials Catalog - Medicare Advantage Getting Started Once you log in, the Home Screen appears. This screen provides important information about the creation process, and an important note: AdBuilder only works correctly if you create and submit one piece at a time. Keep that in mind as you work. Along the top are tabs that guide you to different parts of the site. Along the sidebar, you ll see the Broker tab, where you start to make decisions. To get started creating an ad, click on the +/ button to expand your list of options. Click AEP. 5
6 2014 Broker Medicare Marketing Materials Catalog - Medicare Advantage How to Access the Online Broker AdBuilder Tool The AEP screen appears with the marketing pieces that are available for you to create. Let s walk through the steps it takes to create a Generic Flyer, which are the same steps you ll take as you create the pieces of your choice. 1. Click on the Place an Order button for the Coventry AEP 2014 Generic Flyer. Now, your AdBuilder creation process starts. Remember: AdBuilder creates a press ready PDF that you can use to make multiple copies of your ad. When you download your press-ready PDF at the end of the process, it s up to you to order additional copies using that PDF. 6
7 2014 Broker Medicare Marketing Materials Catalog - Medicare Advantage How to Access the Online Broker AdBuilder Tool 2. After selecting the piece you want to create, a new screen appears. Here, the Product Details screen provides information about the product. Click on the thumbnail for a larger preview. When ready, click Continue. 3. After pressing Continue, you ll reach the next step, where you insert your information to the template. Enter the information you want to appear on your flyer. Open Time is automatically set to a.m., Close Time to p.m. 7

Click Refresh Preview after you input your information to see how the piece looks with your information added. With two-page pieces, use the arrows to move between images. Whenever you make changes in the input boxes, press Refresh Preview again to see your changes updated. Click on the thumbnail to see a larger version at any time in a pop-up window. To get a full screen preview of your ad, select Original Size from the Proof Size dropdown option that appears in the Proof pop-up window: When you are ready to go on, click Next. 8

You can click the PROOF button to review the flyer one more time, if necessary. When you re ready, check the Proof is approved box, then click Add to Cart. 6. Your shopping cart should now hold your customized Generic flyer. Click Checkout to complete this step. Remember: AdBuilder only works correctly when you checkout ONE (1) item at a time. 7. In your Checkout Order Summary, you can make Edits to your personal information, or move onto your final step: submitting your piece for approval. Click Next. 9

Add a comment for your approver or click on the thumbnail of the flyer for one final review. When ready, click the Checkout button. 9. The final screen, your Order Summary, confirms that your order has been sent for approval successfully and provides an order number to use when tracking your ad. When your order is complete, two s are sent out one to you and one to your Approver. From this screen, you can Print Order Details, or Continue Shopping to begin another AdBuilder piece. In the next section, we ll discuss how to track your order after submitting, and in the last section, how to access your materials and download them when they become available after approval. 10
11 2014 Broker Medicare Marketing Materials Catalog - Medicare Advantage After Submitting and Tracking Orders To track the marketing pieces you have created, click on the My Account tab at the top of the page. In My Account, you can edit your personal information, see your order history, and check on the status of your orders. Click on the Order History link to see the pieces you ve submitted and check on their status. In the final section, we ll review how to access your pieces once they ve been submitted and approved, and then become ready to download. 11
12 2014 Broker Medicare Marketing Materials Catalog - Medicare Advantage Dowloading an Approved Ad The status of your ads, your order history and your personal information are available in the My Account tab. When the My Account screen appears, click on Order History to see the status of your ads. There are three types of Status: Pending, Rejected or Completed. When your approver has approved your ad, the Status column will read Completed. Click on the item s Order # to go to that item s specific screen. There you ll find the option to download. On the Order Details screen, click on the Download icon to download your final press ready ad in PDF format. 12

Click on the All, Rejected, or Pending links to go to the Order History screen and see the status of your ads. Since the new AdBuilder is based on a retail website/shopping cart process, you may see an occasional reference to pricing or $ total. Be assured that there is never a charge for creating broker or agent downloadable PDFs from Coventry s AdBuilder. 13
14 2014 Broker Medicare Marketing Materials Catalog - Medicare Advantage Final Tips 1. As you become more familiar with the new AdBuilder you ll find it easy to move from screen to screen to create and review ads, or check out your order status. You ll also discover other features that can help you as you create ads. For example, the Drafts link at the top of the page keeps a working draft of any work you ve done if you have to exit the AdBuilder before finished an ad. When you come back, your draft will be there so you can finish the creation process. 2. If you represent more than one plan, a link for each plan appears at the bottom of the screen. These links take you to the login screen of the different Coventry plans making it easy to go back and forth between plans as you create ads.
