1 AC60 Nitro Cloud-Share The Nitro Cloud-Share Device is the latest contender in the Nitro Cloud series and is a 3G WiFi Hotspot Device allowing client devices to connect to it through a USB or WiFi Interface. The distinguishing feature of this device compared to the previous Nitro Cloud is the ability to share the contents of the MicroSD with other users connected to the device over WiFi. The device now also comes with a WPS (WiFi Protected Setup) option as well as a 1.0 inch OLED screen indicating signal strength, Roam status, Wi-Fi, battery, WAN Connection mode and connection status, etc. In addition to this, the device portal is now easily accessible through nitro.cs instead of having to type in the complete IP address i.e Each nitro cloud-share also comes with a spare battery. (spare battery in box) The new nitro cloud allows users to share folders of their choice on their MicroSD card with friends & family members over WiFi. It is an extremely light-weight and portable device that fits easily in any pocket. In addition, the existing nitro clouds wifi module would stop functioning if connected in USB Mode. The new device now supports WiFi even with USB connected in mixed mode. In Mixed mode a total of 6 users may connect to the device (1 Usb connection + 5 WiFi Connections) SD CARD Sharing. By Default, the MicroSD card sharing option over WiFi is disabled. Please follow the steps below to activate sharing over WiFi. 1) Type nitro.cs in your device browser address bar. Some browsers may not detect nitro.cs and the user will be required to type in the complete to access the device portal. 2) Type in the default username & password i.e admin & admin.

2 3) The following is displayed. Please select SD Card (Third option on top bar) 4) The following screen opens up, please click the drop down box in front of SD Card Share Setting and select HTTP Share option. Then click the apply button below. 5) The Http Share link is now available in the left bar. Please click -> the following screen is displayed. 6) The folders and files on your MicroSD card are now visable. You may add a file from your computer/phone by clicking choose file and selecting it and clicking submit button.

3 7) Clicking SD Card Settings instead will direct the browser to the settings screen displayed below: You may enable/disable SD Card Sharing through the first drop down box (blue) You may select whether you wish to share the entire contents of SD card or Custom setting whereby you would select the specific folders you wished to share from second drop down box (red) You may allow read only access (view files only) or Read/Write, where the users you share the contents with may delete, add or change your files from the third drop down. (Green) In case of custom file sharing, you can choose the folder of your choice and click the select button. Once done, please click apply. 8) All Done. Users may access the SD card now by simply connecting to your Nitro Cloud-share device and typing nitro.cs in their web browser. The following screen is displayed with the SD card link available under username and password. Tapping the Browse SD Card File will let the user browse shared SD Card Contents.

4 Sharing Content: 1) Sharing: Users may share their files by placing the files/folders on the MicroSD Card (if sharing access has been set for entire SD card) or by placing their files in the specific shared folder (folder shared through custom settings ). To place files on the MicroSD card, users will sign in through the nitro.cs portal, Select SD Card from the top menu Click HTTP Share from the left Select Folder on MicroSD from the explorer window that they wish to place the file in Click Choose File and after selecting the file, click submit. A confirmatory message of Upload Success is received and the file is added to the target folder on MicroSD. 2) How to run file from SD Card: If a user wished to run a file from the MicroSD on his Nitro Cloud-Share, they would direct their web browser to nitro.cs, if the file the user desires to run has been shared, they may click the Browse SD Card File option under the username and password fields. The files are displayed in file explorer window displayed above. The user may select the file, which will download first (if the MicroSD on the Nitro Cloud Share is being access via Laptop/PC) or will open up directly on a cellphone/tablet. If the file the user wishes to run has not been shared, the user will sign in from nitro.cs portal, select SD Card from the top select HTTP Share from the left. The file explorer window will open displaying all MicroSD Content, the User may click or tap on the file to access it (will download first if through laptop/pc). 3) Sharing with other WiFi users: Once the files have been shared through the MicroSD card Settings page on the nitro.cs portal, other users connected to the Nitro Cloud-Share may access the files by directing their web browsers to nitro.cs clicking Browse SD Card file Select the desired files from the file explorer window. Depending on the rights the Owner of the Nitro Cloud-share has granted (Read only / Read/Write) the users may add their own files or delete existing ones.
