1 Doors/Entrance elements SFB 2050 Door system SFB 2050 is our basic door system, which has been well tested for many years. The door system is based on uninsulated sections. The depth of the sections is 50 mm, and the external beads are integrated into the sections. The range contains door sections for both narrow and modular section locks. Doors are available with antisqueeze back edge - in this version the hinges are hidden in the bottom and top edge. The door leaf is mitred in the top edge and screwed together in the bottom part with a 150 mm deep rail. The door leaf can be also mitred in all four corners, which increases the rigidity of the door leaf. The rebate provides space for single glass, double glazing units or filling panels. The door system sections can be anodised or powder coated with various colours and type of surface finish on the inside and on the outside. G-6

3 Doors/Entrance elements SFB 2060 SFB 2060 is our heavy duty system, and as well as being used in oversize and high usage situations, it is also suitable for anti-burglar and bullet resistant applications. The door system is based on uninsulated aluminium sections. The depth of the sections is 60 mm, and the relsate section can be easily replaced in the case of damage. The outside glazing bead is integrated in the door section. The range contains door sections for both narrow and modular section locks. Doors are available with anti-squeeze back edge - in this version the hinges are hidden in the bottom and top edge. Apart from this, the anti-squeeze version is available with standard hinges and rubber strips. SFB 2060 doors are always mitred in all four corners, and the sections are screwed together with pressure-cast corner fittings, which gives the door leafs available on the market. In order to ensure the best strength of the door with antisqueeze back edge we use a fully mitred door leaf, which is then complemented with a rounded section or rubber strips in the back edge. 5 Doors/Entrance elements SFB 2060S, anti-burglar products The requirements regarding strong and rigid antiburglar doors increase steadily. Doors SFB 2060S fulfil the requirements for class 1, 2, 3 and 4 according to Swedish standard SS With our door system SFB 2060S we can offer the market a glazed antiburglar door which is as elegant as a normal SFB 2060 door. The difference is that the anti-burglar door is equipped with glass panels, locks and filling panels which fulfil the burglar resistance requirements for the respective class. The doors can be made as inward or outward opening with narrow or modular sections. Various combinations of glass and filling panels in door elements are possible. Doors can be anodised or powder coated. 6 Doors/Entrance elements SFB 2060, bullet-proof products The need of personal security increases dramatically in our contemporary society. Buildings which particularly require bullet-proof products include banks, offices, computer halls, police stations and telecommunications centres. Doors SFB 2060 fulfil the requirements for class C1, C2, C3 and C4 according to Swedish standard SS With our door system SFB 2060 we can offer the market a glazed bullet-proof door which is as elegant as a normal SFB 2060 door. The doors can be made as inward or outward opening with narrow or modular sections. Various combinations of glass and filling panels in door elements are possible. The classification of bulletproof glass panels is done according to Swedish standard SS The same standard is also used for the classification of aluminium constructions. 7 Doors/Entrance elements, standards and functional requirements Entrances, doors and gates to be used by persons with impaired movement or orientation capacity shall be designed so as to allow passage of wheelchairs and provide enough space for the door or gate to be opened or closed from a wheelchair. The handle and lock shall be placed and designed so as to allow use by persons with functional disabilities. Transport with a stretcher shall be possible from each apartment. In entrance and corridor doors or in openings in communication routes the clear dimension of the passage shall be at least 0.80 m. Handles shall be easy to reach from a wheelchair and to take hold of by persons with impaired movement capability. (National building regulations). Breaking protection Stop section with negative breaking angle minimises the possibility of the door being forced. Emergency fitting Panic and emergency route It should be possible to open doors to emergency routes by only pushing the door or using an easy to operate push handle. The width of emergency routes should not be less than 0.90 m. The width of emergency routes from fire cells for more than 150 persons should not be less than 1.20 m. (National building regulations).
